Splendid tuscan countryside manor, 15th century, but restored with a great sense of quality and respect for the old stones. Very confortable and charming rooms. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The ultimate reason to go back would be the al fresco dining experience. Chef Raffaele Serafini runs the kitchen with maestria, and we had twice an exquisite gastronomic experience. Warmly recommended….

Hotel restaurant was very nice (fancy) but expensive. It is a car journey or expensive taxi to nearby town for alternative. More options for casual dining on the lounge menu would be nice.

The property is straight out of a fairytale. The staff is incredible. The grounds are beautiful. My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement here and it was the most romantic weekend of our lives. We will 10000% be back.

Wi-Fi not great and 5G lacking in area. Gym could open earlier than 9 am. Sometimes too hot after 9 am and sometimes want to go before breakfast

Lovely facilities, nice areas to just relax, read a book and have a glass of wine. Dinner was top tier in Tuscany. Staff was super nice and very attentive around the pool area.

Our room was quite dark and nothing special. The breakfast is presented nicely (on a tablet instead of a buffet) but the quality is not really high - we had the impression that none of the things offered were house made.

The pool and Jack (the villa dog) are amazing! The old Villa is wonderful. It is quite the place to relax and reenergise with a beautiful garden and a refreshing pool. The city nearby (Cortona) is also fantastic!

The only thing is that it is a little out of the way.

The hotel was exceptional. The views and landscape from the hotel were beautiful. The hotel itself felt like home and it was so cosy. We loved the decor and the showers especially.

It's not about the Villa by itself, neither the staff or anything about the location. The only thing we didn't liked was the fact that it was quite crowded and some of the guests were sometimes a bit annoying (f.e. Influencer taking pictures all the time around you, etc.)

The Villa by itself, the staff working at the Villa and the location was just amazing. We had a wonderful stay at our honeymoon and everybody took care of us as much as possible. We loved the stay!

A stunning villa in the countryside, amazingly restored with attentive and friendly staff. Our room was luxurious and comfortable, and we enjoyed afternoons at the pool and an evening in the restaurant, as well as coffee and tea on the patio. With glorious views on the garden and grounds and a short drive from some of the beautiful towns, we can't recommend this place enough.

The charger for electric vehicles does not have the standard Type2 plug, you need an adaptor for charging. Charging is not free of charge.

The building was renovated with great perfection. It’s only a short drive to the historic village Cortona. Having Dinner at Villa di Piazzano is a unique experience which should not be missed. The chef not only prepares a great dinner, also breakfast is great. Staff is super friendly and everybody can speak english. The barista prepares perfect cappuccino.
