Spotlessly clean, wonderful pool area. Most of time had pool to ourselves. Great location just 10.minutes walk from lake. Spacious rooms good breakfast. Desezano has great rail links (Milan, Veron, Venice)

Everything, We was made very welcome by Valentino and her staff, we had fresh scrambled eggs made for us every morning, pool area & rooms are spacious and we used the washing machine in basement it’s located in a quiet residential area has free parking too it’s about 15min safe walk to the centre of town to all the restaurants & bars we loved it

Comfortable, modern and extremely clean with great breakfast. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Very friendly staff who speak great English. Less than a 10 min walk from the lake and a 20 min walk from the station. We only stayed for 1 night but would have liked to have stayed a lot longer.

I had to briefly work during my stay but for some reasons the WiFi wouldn't connect to my laptop. The pop-up login page would just continuously loading. I think having the option to have a LAN cable would be great.

I share the sentiment of another reviewer: it's a luxury hotel with the privacy of an apartment. We were coming with a toddler and everything was set up nicely. Breakfast is in-room and has endless options. Bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Remote check-in also worked flawlessly and in the common area you can also grab a cup of coffee or fill up your drink (carbonated/still). All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely return whenever we are in Desenzano.

Our main issue was the air conditioning facilities. We had our room set at 18c however we could barely feel the unit working. Our thermostat in the bathroom noted it was 25c which was really too uncomfortable to sleep in. We reported this to the host who immediately looked into the matter, however the result was disappointing. She said that with heat outside at over 30c there is not much more she could do and that we really need to think about the planet and global warming. In addition to the level of temperature discomfort in the room, we were also notified that the host had a programme established for the room where she can see the following: Exactly which windows are open on which side of the room The temperature of the room If lights are on or off if people were in the room or not We found this a little intrusive. At one point we stepped out onto our balcony, and 5 minutes later we had a knock on our door from the host notifying us that we had a window open and that the air conditioning would stop in our room if it was left open. We had literally popped out onto the balcony for less than 5 minutes, and then returned to the room and closed the door. We didnt need to be told within 10 minutes that we had done so. (Image attached of the programme the host can see in relation to the room). At night we popped out for dip in the pool but left the lights on in our room. We could see our room from the pool and were looking up at the room when we saw the lights turn off by themselves. We felt it was all just too "big brother-ly" for us and this coupled with the really uncomfortable room temperatures resulted in us requesting that we cancel our booking early, pay for one night and then leave the following morning. The host was, to her credit, very amenable to this and helped us cancel with booking.com quickly. We wont be staying again, but we do appreciate that the property and services are lovely - it just isnt for us.

The property was brand new and the bedroom and table was an excellent size. The pool was beautiful and there was also a hot tub to enjoy. The best thing about our stay was the breakfast - a selection of handmade pastries, along with the usual continental favourites - all were absolutely delicious. We also really enjoyed the coffee, which was complimentary during the entire stay.

We liked everything

First and foremost, the place is beautifully designed and very clean. Moreover, the staff is welcoming and wholesome, best service weve ever got. The breakfast is delicious and healthy and the rooms are magnificant. The place is very comfortable. About 10 - 15 mins from whatever you may want.
