The property in nice and clean. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Very friendly people who worked at the Hotel, they were so nice to our children and our dog.

Powerplug in bathroom is broken (room 2). Not only unusable but potentially dangerous since housing is broken.

Location is OK. Lady warned me about my parking spot since it was not within the lines. Cops seem to be out there to make some easy money.

The room furnishings were fairly basic, and the room heating couldn't be adjusted.

Very friendly staff. The room ticked most boxes (en-suite, shower, fridge. safe, TV, etc.). The beds were good, and the balcony was a bonus. The breakfast was very good, and there was a bar downstairs with comfy seating.

The beds in the room were uncomfortable. There were two single mattresses that were not focused anywhere and during the night it can move and fall to the ground

The bathroom was dirty and there was mold on the walls and the ceramic. The room is very small and also the bathroom. If you are tall and/or big you will not be able to shower. Look for a a free parking before paying the hotel for that.

We were lucky that we had a car, but if you don’t have one, it will be difficult to reach the touristic areas by foot or by public transportation.

They serve a very good breakfast. The staff was helpful and gave us a lot of advice. The room was big enough and we had also a small but nice balcony. Close to Gardaland.

The room facilities were quite old and in need of freshening up. Not enough light in the area of the closet. It was difficult to pack and unpack, I had to use my phone torch... There is a small refrigerator so you can keep some food, but no plates or spoons or anything else to use if needed. Only several one-use plastic cups. In my opinion , it will be nice to have a couple of plates, forks or spoons to use especially if your traveling with children...

Very nice hotel. Great location if you're staying to visit Garda Lake. Comfortable to reach by car. Easy to find parking space on the street. Lots of restaurants and several supermarkets around. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Helped us with several issues not related to the hotel. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

Room was with a wooden sliding door only. mattresses was not even anymore, lucky that I found a parking space on the street (parking garage very small).

Swimming pool was open only from 09.30. Kind of late if you want to take a morning swim.

The room was clean. Great for a short stay. A baby cot was provided. Nice breakfast included.

Parking was limited so difficult to find a space at times but again, the staff were very helpful getting us a space The bedroom was small

This hotel had so much to offer, we didn't get to experience it all, the pool and lounging area in particular. The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Very clean. Great location for walking into Sirmione and for getting on main roads.

A bit dated and 1 of our rooms hasn’t been updated in many years.

Good breakfast with lots of choices. The hotel is not on the lake though, despite some reviews saying that it is. It’s 1 or 3 km away, and Old Town is also 3lm away.

The city centre is far away however you can use a shuttle bus for 1.5 EUR in every 15 minutes.

The staff was really friendly and the hotel has excellent pool. The breakfast was amazing and they cleaned the pool every day so it was so great to use.

A bit of a walk into Sirmione, but it’s a nice walk by the lake.

The property was lovely inside, well cleaned and modern. There was a pool which was a bonus, for the price we paid it was such good value. Garage to leave the car so it was safe and they served a great breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly!
