The bathroom is spacious and clean. The bed is comfy. The hosts leave prosecco for you when you arrive. It is located near everything important.

Caroline was incredibly easy to communicate with, and her parents were equally hospitable and helpful. The property information was clear, and the flat had recently undergone renovation, leaving everything in fantastic condition—clean, shiny, and pristine. Location was also great.

Lovely fresh and clean studio apartment - felt like we were the first ever visitors! It's very close to San Giovanni train station and the lakeside. So many nice squares, restaurants and bars to choose from in town. Hosts were excellent and provided some useful tips on places to go and things to do. Highly recommended.

Clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location. The owners are fantastic: they gave us a list of recommendations, allowed us to drop our bags early and also stored them for us for a few hours after we had checked out. Bottles of water in the fridge and a little bottle of Prosecco on the table we’re nice touches too.

It was very clean and confortable with a beautiful design. For me it looked like a lux apartment, especially the bathroom, it was absolutely beautiful. And the price it was lower than I expected for this type of apartment. The host was very kind, a good man, he also offered us some recomandations to where to go out. Me and my husband really liked everything!

very close to the train station but also to the city center, it is located in a quiet and very clean area. the staff and the apartment were far beyond expectations.

Nothing! It was perfect!

The studio apartment is beautiful! It is very modern as it has recently been renovated. It has everything you could need and more: a super comfortable couch, kitchen, great shower, towels, toiletries, and more. Lorenzo and Caroline are very kind. I had to change my arrival time a few times because of changes in my travel plans and that was no problem at all. The location is also great: close to both train stations in Como, really close to the old town and lake and still in a quiet place at night. I would have loved to stay longer, but will be back next time I am in Como!

The property was new and modern, well presented and thought out and immaculately clean. Lorenzo couldn’t have been more helpful on arrival with suggestions of where to eat, drink and visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and will be recommending to all our friends.

Host was very accommodating with our check in time and we also were greeted with prosecco, bottles of water and coffee pods and herbal tea! The studio was very spacious, super clean and quite new :) very nicely decorated and all the facilities were great! Host was also very helpful with us leaving our bags at the property for a few hours while we were out in Como. They also recommended a few places to have breakfast and dinner and we went to 2 of them that were absolutely amazing (Vintage jazz bar and Babi for brunch)! Grazie mille :)

Nothing, perfect for our budget and the trip we were looking for.

Property was really clean, really modern. Bathroom was lush, great water pressure and temperature. Kitchen was small but perfect for a short stay. Bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. The TV at the end of the bed had Netflix etc. The location is great if you’ve came in by train, just 5min from San Giovanni, it’s on quite a busy main road but you would never know. It takes about 5min to walk into the main square of Como.

The place was clean, with plenty of space. The place is really close to the center, with public parking in front of the apartment. Lorenzo (the host) is always available and very kind. Overall, a very good experience.

Everything was perfect. Lorenzo and Caroline were very kind and helpful. They even recommended excellent places to eat and drink. The apartment was very nice and clean. They were nice with champagne, there was also coffee and tea... Everything was wonderful. We will definitely go there again. I can only recommend them!!! 😊😊😊

loved it! super close to everywhere! super clean, everything was well prepared, you can’t think of anything and not find it! I can’t recommend it enough! the host was very nice and helpful! it’s definitely worth every penny!
