Facilities a little old but still good. The toilet was for example very loud and would not look so clean, when actually it was clean. Room pretty small, some more hooks would help to store clothes easily. Perfectly fine for a few days though. Personally I missed some vegetables and dark bread at the breakfast, but I guess that is the typical italian breakfast.

The breakfast was really not as good as what the ratings said. The fruit was from a can and the bread was boring but I guess that's what a typical Italian breakfast looks like. However, the croissants were amazing :-)

Hotel did not reserve a parking place which we asked at the time of booking, stating that they can not reserve it despite the fact that such service exists and was stated in the hotel description. Communication regarding this matter was rude at some extent

Paying 15 euro a day for parking, was too much.. you paid for hotel parking was supposed to be free, or at least much lesser.. 5 or 8 for customers

The hotel is a bit old and the toilet would need a renovation. My room was a single one and was pretty small and a bit noisy overnight. I tried to have dinner at the hotel but was quite standard (while breakfast was very good!).

Good location, best price for a single room in Alassio during this time and very good breakfast. Room had airconditioner and TV as well, which is not always mandatory in single rooms.

Not easy to find parking nearby in the weekend of summer. However Hotel provides a private parking (make sure to book it in advance).Booking at the hotel does not grant access to the private beaches, so to avoid surprise upon arrival, it worth to make reservation on the private beaches in advance.

Nice location few meters in front of the beaches. Good inner restaurant. Price was a good bargain including lunch, dinner and breakfast for all the family. At night time was possible to have a walk in the surroundings with attractions for kids too.

Personally, I wasn't thrilled with the bed, I thought it was incredibly hard and in the two mornings I spent there I woke up with back pain. This is a personal opinion as my husband slept very well. A minus on a summer day was the lack of a mini-bar or a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is right across the street from the beach and our room had partial sea-view. Unfortunately we couldn't sunbathe there as we couldn't find sun-loungers on any of the mornings we spent here. The lady at the reception was nice and explained that 200m further to the right there was a beach where you could go just with beach-towels, which we did. Breakfast was sufficient, the room was big and comfortable enough for two people, the bathroom clean and the shower with good pressure.

Beach location is excellent! After the French Cote d'Azure this was like being back in golden age of the Italian Riviera. The hotel was clan, comfortable and friendly. The included breakfast was very good. I met someone from the council who said that the beach huts will be take away. Please don't do this as it adds to the unique character of the area. Pease don't allow Alossio to become another tourist resort. Please let it stay the same.

The room with partial view of sea was small without Aircon. The toilet bowl was yellow and the bin was so small. I wish they can fix the toilet bowl and clean it or change it. The ceiling fan was noisy.

The rooms are with old furniture and smells really bad, i opened the windows as soon as i got in, and tried to sleep with window open, even if it was a bit cold at night.

Everything; the location was perfect, the room was big, clean and the bed was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and very service minded both in the night when we came and in the morning before we left. We will definitely come back if ever again being in that area
