Nice room with comfortable location

By checking out I couldn’t close the door without the keys because you need to leave them in a box in the room.

Good location. Easy access. Clean and well served during the stay. Saturday morning there was a nice market in the street but we didn’t wake up from it.

Wasn’t alot of hot water for the shower

Room was great, spacious just what we needed for long weekend away. Location was great 20 min tram to the duomo, which you could get a 2 min walk away. Would come back.

I found the place quite nice and clean. Location if you are attending a conference at MiCO is really good, just a 10 min walk. There are several restaurants nearby. The only thing is that if you are looking to rest and sleep deeply, it won't be that possible as it was not a very silent room - you can hear doors beating, trash car outside and sounds like that, even if you are not noise sensitive. But overall, I enjoyed it.

It was very noisy in the morning. I would be up at 7 in the morning because people outside were making loud noises. We arrived on Saturday morning, and when we arrived there was a market full of people. I could not see the White Ribbon building because of the amount of people in front of the building. On Tuesday morning when we checked out of the hotel, there was a market taking place again, big crowds full of people everywhere.

The room was exactly how it was shown in the pictures provided on the website. I loved the room, big enough for two people. The beds were comfy, My favorite part was the bathroom, every time I took a shower there was plenty of hot water.

There was a major issue with the supply of hot water. Just enough for one shower so the second person had to have a cold shower. Not nice

There were problems with the water, more precisely with the hot water because the hot water lasted for about 10 minutes and then the water was very cold, making it impossible to have a normal bath and also it was kinda dirty under the bed, a lot of dust.

It was located in a favorable location, with means of transport nearby, it was pretty quiet and it has a supermarket nearby and lots of places to have breakfast.

Some issues with hot water, tourist office wasn’t working during weekend. It would be nice to have glasses in the room.

only two rooms in this “hotel” so we had it for ourselves. the owner/host is very helpful for a smooth arrival (and parking)

Not in the centre however tram was only a 5 minute walk and a 15 minute trip. Matress could be more comfortable.

Uncomplicated self check-in with keybox so one is flexible concerning the arrival time. Nice and cosy room, modern bathroom with a big shower. Very clean. Would book again.

No hot water for 2 people. No fresh towels everyday. Uncomfortable beds. Noisy building with bad sound insulation from above and around.

A very very minor point......maybe daily replenishing of tea bags/coffee sachets and stirrers as I like to have a coffee/tea as soon as I wake up. But it wasn't an issue.

On the whole, I found what I was expecting and looking for...a clean room, a good bed, and a good shower, and also a nearby Metro station. I will definitely return to this property.

The stuff was very kind with us and helped with the luggage. The room was clean and comfortable. The subway station is close and there are many restaurants nearby.

- the mini fridge didn't work very well. - it was very noisy (upstairs there was quite a lot of banging at all times of the day- morning till night), also it was noisy outside (lots of drilling), during the night you could hear upstairs , it sounded like they were moving furniture. - the hot water ran out very quickly. Had to rush when I washed my hair because the hot water ran out that quickly.

Room was cute. Not far from train station. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There was a bad smell in the room. We wanted to ask the owner about the room change but the owner didnt respond to the email we wrote nor he answered the phone call the next day. So I imagine what would happen if we had a bigger problem. Also the rooms are very dark even during the day.
