Self check-in was easy and straightforward even though we arrived around midnight due to delayed luggage. Luigi made sure we were aware of the process and was always available if we had questions and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Thanks for the great communication, Luigi! The rooms are clean and the location is perfect with everything in walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean apartment, 5 mins walk from the bus station and 10 mins walk to the Vatican. Shared kitchen which was clean, had a coffee machine and some snacks which were complimentary. The host was responsive and we were able to check in without any issue. Would stay here again if coming to Rome.

The city tax of EUR 7 per night must be paid in cash. It would have been nice if there's the option of paying it with a card.

The apartment is so nice and comfortable, you have everything you need. The kitchen area is well equipped and Luigi also leaves some sweet treats for breakfast that are really good. The area is really safe and full of good restaurants/gelato shops/ grocery shops, also short distance to metro and several lines of bus. Luigi is so welcoming and gives a lot of great recommendations for food and activities. Trust me you need to try them! I recommend this place with all my heart :)

Luigi is very friendly and very communicative, he will look after you and provide lots of interesting and useful information! Room is very clean and very quiet, very close to the metro station and surrounded by cafes, trattorias and almost anything you might need is nearby. The only minus which may not be that important for everybody is that mattresses are very soft and dented in the middle.

Luigi was very communicative and friendly, always ready to help. Location is amazing, very close to every sightseeing spot. Room was cozy and clean, cleaning ladies were also very nice.

We had a great time at the hotel. Luigi is a host who was always available and gave us good tips every day. The location is great. There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby and the city centre is also within walking distance, as is the Vatican. We will definitely be back.

The room was beautiful and clean. Luigi, the owner, is very attentive and gives great advice for restaurants (definitely take his advice!!!), and checked in with us every day, making sure we are fine and happy. There is complementary wine in the fridge of the kitchen, good wine. Rooms are cleaned every day, and towels are changed as well. In the shared kitchen are some sweet snacks for the guests. At check out, we could leave our luggage for the entire day and pick it at our convenience. There was really nothing missing. We will come again.

Only downfall which isn't to the property really. Is the noise throughout the night, which I'm guessing cannot be helped in any part of the city as it is so busy.

Everything from start to finish was lovely. Rooms were nice and clean, cleaning service is available everyday. Able to use shared kitchen which also had wine 😊 Luigi the owner was fab, always checking everything was okay, gave us suggestions on where to go, best ways to book taxis etc. and all suggestions were fab. The cleaner (sorry can't remember name) was so lovely too! Great location, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Property seemed very secure, 4 doors before actually gaining access to your room. All round very happy.

Overly bright LED lighting in the hallway is hard on the eyes, wasteful and overheats the rooms and common areas. Also, difficult to close the entrance door without slamming it, which causes a disturbance to the guests.

Clean, bright, very functional and conveniently located near St. Peter’s Basilica in the heart of the middle class residential Prati district. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Daily servicing of the room until 11:00am. For great and inexpensive breakfast cappucino, try Sciascia caffè, a couple of blocks away. Two top restaurants, Aquae Lunae and Aede (both on The Fork), are close by and highly recommended. For creative and authentic Japanese dining, Nakai (also on The Fork) is an excellent choice, a 15-minute walk that takes you past St. Peter’s Square. The owner Luigi is nice, helpful and always available.

Pillows are too big and there are no instructions on how to lift/close the outdoor blinds outside.

Place is well kept and clean and right in the middle of Rome, just minutes walk away from Vatican City and 20-30 minutes from the historic center. Price was excellent, place very clean, there is a great place for coffee + cornetti (Gianfornaio) and a great pizza joint nearby (Mondo Arancina). To top it all off, Luigi was an excellent host

The mattress of the bed is very soft almost like a sponge and we had back pain after sleeping on it 🥲 The TV made a very strange buzz while watching Netflix, probably because of the Internet which was intermittently losing signal.
