The duvet was not fully covered in bedsheets!! The bedsheets were under the duvet, but not covered fully. It was a pity, as It is really important for me that duvet will be fully covered in bedsheets, not partially, because it gives so much confort. The shower was in the bedroom, not in the bathroom.

There were free snacks, juice, the room was clean. There were body lotion left, etc. self service perf.

We did not notice the lift (old style with door) upon our arrival so had to carry our luggage upstairs. The toilet flush button is "press and hold"; otherwise, it would not flush. The building entrance is hampered by bins that are placed at the main door. Difficult to get through especially with large luggage and bags.

Located at the 3rd floor building close to Termini station. Very good communication with Diana, who reached out prior to check-in. Appreciate the well-stocked pantry with condiments, juice, tea, coffee and snacks. More than ample supply of toilet rolls, shampoo and soap, dishwashing liquid, and bin liners. Has a shower caddy for toiletries. Has functioning cabinets with hangers and a first aid kit with hand sanitizer. It is possible to leave luggage with them before check-in and after check-out.

Toilet ventilation was poor (when the fan was off) and we had to Keep the door always closed otherwise an unpleasant odour was coming into the room

I had a comfortable stay at Milazzo. I had booked the 2-room apartment, and it met my expectations. The bathroom was spotless (just mind the step up to the bathroom, and the step down when you are coming out). Diana, who messaged me before the check-in, was very helpful. The location is convenient too, being very close to the Termini station. I will definitely stay there again!

My partner thought the bed wasn't the comfiest, personally I didn't think it was too bad.

Excellent location! We travelled as a family and they gave us 2 rooms together, which was really thoughtful. We also enjoyed the little kitchen with complimentary coffee and snacks, that was also a nice touch!

Bathroom slightly outdated and there was visible mould in the shower.

Location was good. Very easy check in process for late arrival - good clear instructions easy to follow. Room was a good size with a good amount of storage. The communal facilities were exceptional.

This was a family trip and the staff accommodated us and got us 2 rooms together, which was really kind and also really private. We were pleasantly surprised by their lovely kitchen set up with glasses and mugs available for everyone to use, a coffee machine with pods, sugar etc, and some breakfast treats too.

all okay, maybe the price could have been a bit cheaper as the location is not an amazing and beautiful place in the city center. However for the commodity to be close to the station it’s a price to pay.

very close to termini station which is very comfortable in case we need to catch an early bus. Pino, the contact person was very approachable and helpful on doing the contactless check in as it was Christmas Day. we also had coffee and some snacks available at the entrance and inside our room which made our stay at Christmas Day more sweet. Rooms are small but comfortable and the area itself it’s a bit shady during the evening but at 5am when we left the apartment roads were completely empty and super safe.

Slightly confusing check-in experience, but overall not too bad. We were expecting a different room, but the one we were given worked fine for one night. The restrooms could have been slightly cleaner, but were as expected for the cost.

Close stay to Termini station, which was just what we needed. Rooms were easy to access and amenities were nice as well. There were some good restaurants nearby as well. We did not receive the exact room we booked, but it worked anyway.

I didnt’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a door.

The location of the property is close to the center and also close to Termini station. The room was very nice and clean and we also received a baby bed. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the city.

Comfortable and tidy room. Nice bathroom with soap and shampoo, shower with lots of hot water. Many thoughtful extras in the room: refrigerator, hot water kettle, tea and treats. Wifi worked well. The common room had good coffee and pastry treats. Staff were responsive and very helpful. The hotel location was super convenient, a few blocks from the central train station and within an easy walk to most of the major sites and museums.

Staff was very helpful, we could leave our bags in the reception as our flight was in the evening. Very clean rooms. Close to train station. My fault I did not read that there is no kitchen, but plenty cafes and restaurants just around the corner.

We've been told that it had breakfast and ok, let's be honest, having a couple of packed croissant isn't breakfast (not the croissant that you find in a store with fresh pastries)It was kind of them having those snacks but this is NOT considered as breakfast. I wouldn't mind if I've been told so as to organise my time and my appointments with the tour guides, to go to a caffè and have breakfast (and my pocket too). I was willing to pay more so as to have breakfast. That's the only important detail that I want to underline for those who consider to stay there. Further more, the weather was really wet and the room is not adequately ventilated so as to dry the towels ect. Also very thin bed mattress 😐 In conclusion I do suggest these rooms, but you have to have in mind those details.

The location was really good, accessible from every corner of the city center. The room was clean which is very important and everyone there is kind and friendly, a fact that it is very much appreciated from us Greeks. The coffee also that we could make any time of the day in the share kitchen of the rooms, was tasty (we only drink in morning cause all the other hours we were out exploring the beautiful city of Rome). But the we were expected breakfast, as it was written and in that part it was a disappointment.

Bathroom was very small and did not feel very private (if more than 2 people staying). It had a large wardrobe but only 4 hangers, nowhere else to put clothes. We tried to check into the wrong hotel as there’s another Milazzo on the same street. The windows are terrible so it’s very noisy from the street. Only downside to it being near termini was a lot of homeless people in the area.
