The noise, it’s very close to toilets and vending machines that have a lot of traffic so it is a noisy area.

Very noisy. The roof is open so you hear everything from the outside. I had someone sleep on the floor at my front door and cough all night.... could hear every cough like they were in the room.

Can have a decent sleep during a long wait at the airport.

You can hear the noise from outside the pod and it's close to the toilet so you can hear people coming and going. I also think it is a bit expensive. They could probably improve the acoustics at that price otherwise why would you book a pod when there's not much difference to sleeping in the public area.

It's located inside Terminal 1 so it's good location-wise.

Malfunction interface a sterile used design. Like from third world hospitals.For same money is possible go to nearby hotels. No sound isolation, quit unsecured feelings and unconftible beth.

It wasn’t soundproof so rather unsettling to hear people around you outside. Couldnt tell if my door was locked on the outside, the pod that i was in was a little faulty.

Its good to have a space thats safe to keep your things. Its on the floor above arrivals took me a while to figure it out cus i arrived late at night and help desk was closed

The screen inside did not work. Therefore, I couldn’t close the roof or turn off the light or access the WiFi. I tried calling the number on their website multiple times and the staff was very nice, trying to help me, but they couldn’t do a lot, they just turned off the light for me and gave me the WiFi password. But I still wanted to close the roof so no light or sound could come in and they couldn’t do that for me.

The location is very convenient, specially for flights in the early morning. Also the staff was wonderful when I called for help with issues with the pods, they couldn’t do much but they tried and were very nice. Plus, when I wrote to customer service about my problems they offered a partial refund, which was a very nice gesture.

The touch screen of my cabin did not work so I had a very hard time to get in. The wi-fi code did not work and the light could not be turned on.

Cold, no blanket, couldn't find a switch to switch the light off, the touchscreen inside the pod was not working.

The pod was off, there was no electricity on the pod and so I could not access it via the instructions provided by entering my details on the screen that is on the pod. Once management told me a way to enter manually and since there was no electricity on the pod, the lights were off inside the pod and I could not charge my phone.

When I had an issue with the pod I was able to contact the management via the whatsapp number provided on their website. The management responded immediately even though it was past 1am! He stayed online on whatsapp until the issue was resolved. He did his best to do everything he can to help and let me know the steps I needed to take to claim a partial refund as due to technical difficulties on the pod I did not have a good experience.

The Malpensa airport area where these pods were located was extremely noisy. The pods are not sound insulated and that makes it terribly difficult to sleep, which is the main purpose of staying here.

The convenience of having an affordable, safe place to lie down horizontally and (try to) sleep is a wonderful option. Having a place to stay without leaving the airport for an early connection is very convenient.

No soundproofing, the noise of the terminal overnight was disturbing. However, even if it were soundproofed the extractor fan directly above my head sounded like a jet engine making sound sleep impossible.

The concept is great, delivery not so much.

Music from the toilet were on until 2am - it would have been good to turn them down or off. No pillow on the bed - pretty uncomfortable
