We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

They could probably improve the acoustics at that price otherwise why would you book a pod when there's not much difference to sleeping in the public area.
It's located inside Terminal 1 so it's good location-wise.

ArgentinaThe screen inside did not work. Therefore, I couldn’t close the roof or turn off the light or access the WiFi. I tried calling the number on their website multiple times and the staff was very nice, trying to help me, but they couldn’t do a lot, they just turned off the light for me and gave me the WiFi password. But I still wanted to close the roof so no light or sound could come in and they couldn’t do that for me.
The location is very convenient, specially for flights in the early morning. Also the staff was wonderful when I called for help with issues with the pods, they couldn’t do much but they tried and were very nice. Plus, when I wrote to customer service about my problems they offered a partial refund, which was a very nice gesture.

United KingdomThe pod was off, there was no electricity on the pod and so I could not access it via the instructions provided by entering my details on the screen that is on the pod. Once management told me a way to enter manually and since there was no electricity on the pod, the lights were off inside the pod and I could not charge my phone.
When I had an issue with the pod I was able to contact the management via the whatsapp number provided on their website. The management responded immediately even though it was past 1am! He stayed online on whatsapp until the issue was resolved. He did his best to do everything he can to help and let me know the steps I needed to take to claim a partial refund as due to technical difficulties on the pod I did not have a good experience.

PeruThe Malpensa airport area where these pods were located was extremely noisy. The pods are not sound insulated and that makes it terribly difficult to sleep, which is the main purpose of staying here.
The convenience of having an affordable, safe place to lie down horizontally and (try to) sleep is a wonderful option. Having a place to stay without leaving the airport for an early connection is very convenient.
