Had to keep curtains shut for privacy, it affected the lighting Staff spoke loudly used bad words which offended me. My room was not sound proof so I could hear their loud conversation, it disturbed me. A large cockroach came up from the shower waste. I did not report it Room needs up dating

My room over hung the road and traffic was mayhem/loud on that saturday night. So just ask for a room further back.

I liked that Shane the porter actually stopped traffic to allow me to cross the road; plus he guided me to the beach and the nicer stores!!

The bed was a bit firm for my liking, it was a bit loud because we stayed near the front but not a huge takeaway

The picture did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the room did not match the pictures provided during the booking process. I had specifically paid for a beach view, but the reality fell far short of the promised experience. The view from my balcony barely allowed me to catch a glimpse of the beach. Also, no sound insulation in the room. I could hear every conversation and noise coming from the room next door, which greatly impacted the overall tranquility of my stay. The lack of privacy and the constant disturbance made it challenging to fully enjoy my time in the room.

It’s in a great location on the hip strip . If you want a place just to sleep , a tv that gets a few channels and a shower with hot water to shower in , caribic is fine . If you want some bells and whistles , go somewhere else .

If you are in to the oldie feeling or you just need somewhere to lay your head than this is a great location for you.

The location was great. Close to the beach, Margaritaville, tracks and records. STARBUCKS WAS A 2 MINUTE WALK AWAY. Best Location to stay in Jamaica if you are in to the night life, shopping etc.

No safe in the room. Room was too close to hip strip. Very loud traffic. Door lock very basic.

The perimeter of the building. It is an older building. The outer perimeter needs some tender loving care.

AC took awhile to cool down room but once cooled stayed cool. you do have some street noise from traffic & the clubs but did not bother me.

Building's dated but great affordable & clean comfy room with a balcony ocean view also tv, Wi-Fi, mini fridge & coffee maker. Just what I needed to take care of business & relax. Waiting to check in at airport & left my wallet in the bed had to go back, housekeeping turned it in the front desk. Could not be happier with my stay.

No vending machines or late night snack options inside the hotel such as soda, water, candy, ect that are available for purchase.

It took awhile to get toiletries once I brought it to the employees attention they we very prompt on getting us what we needed in a timely fashion

The walls in the room were filthy, the window seals were dirty. There was no rug in the bathroom when you showered. The doors do not have knobs only locks a little sketchy.

The location was great. I was directly across from Doctor's cave beach, it is also located on HIP Strip or John Cliff BLVD. We stayed here for one night before going to the resort. We wanted to experience Jamaica authentically.

The street is loud and there is a bar under the room we stayed in. Not all rooms are. The music was noticeable but turned off at 1130. Many of the rooms had an updated lock our room lock was weak.

There were lots of gift shops and fast food options the Starbucks across the street had a view of the beach. The bed was comfy.
