The only thing was that the dinner buffet restaurant at the royalton did not let me into the buffet due to having a tank top on, which I thought was a little ridiculous since we were in Jamaica and everybody wears tank tops (plus it wasn't a fancier restaurant - just casual)

Maintenance issues with room a/c…very hot indoor restaurant seating as well. Marriot needs to focus on more than cost cutting.. they’re most valuable assets there are the employees and they should be treated as such.

Overpriced at the salon where I had an okay manicure and pedicure . Disappointed steam and the sauna were not working when we had our hour in the Spa. Unimpressed with the hideaway buffet.

Having butlers. Having access to the entire compound. Choices of restaurants. Entertainment was very good, especially Michael Jackson and dancers. The foam party was very good. Beach party was very good. Views from the room. Liked that it was not a high-rise hotel block but only 3 floors. Selection of drinks. Bath in room.

The beautiful ocean view with swimout. The daily poolside grilled lobster taills, shrimp,& lamb chops ever. The room Butler services was top notch!! The Grand Lido is #1 on our vacation list.

Everyone was amazing, I stayed nude all week and was unsure and not comfortable 🙃 but 2 minutes in I felt at home and the cloths went off!!!!! I was waited on hand and foot. Something special everyday!!!

Not very accessible. The rooms have a tub crossways in the middle making it impossible for a standard wheelchair to get fully into the room

The location is amazing with the best sunset views. My only complaint is that it has no steps from the terrace/beach area to the lower pool and swim up bar.

We are unable to think of one thing we didn't like about our stay at Grand Lido.

Personal service experience with our butler and staff. Ricardo helped with every detail of our wants and needs. Everything we asked for, Ricardo came through. The food experience was excellent!! Our room was beyond expectations. The swim out suite will be our goto suite next year.

We expected a couple only resort, and while mostly true, there was a single male who rented a room, making this a bit awkward.

All inclusive, so the room service was good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of good local and theme selections. Scenery was beautiful and we got lucky with excellent weather. Our end of the resort was au natural, and was very comfortable throughout our stay.

didn’t know this was nudist! we had the swim out pool and stayed with our bathing suits, but didnt stay in the main pools and jacuzzi. so it’s not for everyone.wish the pools and outdoor area would have been cleaner also

The Italian restaurant was very slow and my pizza wasn’t done all the way super doughy.

My room was perfect. With amazing views from both balconies. My butler Ricardo was the truth. He made sure everything was great for us from the time we got there to the time we left alone with the rest of the staff. Nixon was the best bartender in the building. Jamaican food was good.

Hot tub in the penthouse and by the pool not very hot. Blender at Grand lido pool not working for frozen drinks. Breakfast buffet was so so.

Pool was great and views of the ocean were amazing. Grounds were very well kept. Staff was outstanding.
