We would be helpful if back up pans of food would be ready and replenished as soon as a pan runs out versus sitting empty and your guests have to go without or try and wait around in hopes that the food is replenished.

By Day 4 of my stay, we observed that the breakfast buffets would run out quicker even when we would come down early each day starting that Thursday.

I missed exotic fruits…. Just once we saw kiwi jamaica apples … i thing in places like this food must me more exotic not everyday same. Second- tips… i always felt pressure to give tips. It wasnt said “give me tips” but it is felt on every step and it is not comfortable. Us I understand tips are given if you like exactly that staff member not after every time when they gives you glass of water.

Had a issue with the gift shop employees was given a coupon book to use during the stay and wanted to use the coupons went in ask one associate what the coupons could be used on got to register the whole situation changed so no argument i left the items there dont bother using to coupon book its trash.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t reach the front desk to call a shuttle majority of the times. I also didn’t like the fact that when i was locked out of my room called the lobby and it took them almost an hour to come and fix it and then the problem was still not fixed that happened two days in a row it was very frustrating and i was not pleased.

Buffets need improvement, food is not replenished frequently enough and we have arrived to find many empty buffet stations. Staff in the buffets seem overwhelmed, too much for them to do. It often took 30 minutes just to just get a coffee or a package of ketchup!

Beautiful resort, gorgeous pool, nice beach, lots of restaurants options and fun amenities. Entertainment was good. Staff were generally friendly, but sometimes service was slow. Food quality is decent, but variety can be improved.

The food isn’t very indicative of Jamaica. But that’s because they have to cook for the masses. Not much seasoning. For the money I paid I felt the property could use some attention in the bathrooms. Cracks and water damage in the bathrooms. And a slight mold smell.

The staff is friendly. The views are amazing.

It must play Jamaican music predominantly throughout the day. Please don't try to appeal to international travellers, if they don't like Jamaican music they shouldn't travel to this resort! And more authentic Jamaican food at the buffet. Including curried chicken at lunch and dinner please! Again this is a JAMAICAN resort.

The decor, most of the facilities, staff who were attentive and helpful, the large pool, access to adult pools, size of hotel room, secluded beach areas, jerk pork hut, access to alcoholic beverages throughout the day.

My room door (room 3934) was very difficult to open. I had to ask the staff twice for assistance to enter the room. Also, the bed was very squeaky

I didn't like some of the bartenders they was serving people who had tips out instead of order of the line.Food could be better and hard to get reservations at dinners.

The entertainment was the best part of the resort.The music and dancers was great.

We didn't realize that we should book dinners for the week immediately upon arrival and had a bit of a miscommunication about when we could book (the app wasn't working). But they did their best to help us out so we left happy.

Overall vacation was great. Fun New Years party. Always an easy place to find a drink or food whenever you wanted. Teppanyaki worth doing even if you can only get in at lunch time - go hungry! Snorkelling was awesome. Lots of staff that were happy to chat with us and remembered us through the week. Make sure to spend some time on the beaches and not just by the pool!

Music was pumped out everywhere so that you were always listening to a mix of songs. Not great when you’re on holiday to relax. Should inform visitors with children that the entertainment is very loud until 1am if you’re staying near the main area.
