I stayed in the suites but had a lot of friends staying in the grand; I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t allowed to go over there and visit.

The staff at the Suites are incredible. Very helpful and genuine. From the staff hosting the games at the pool to the room keepers, everyone had great energy.

50/50 whether staff were rude and sassy or pleasant and friendly. Bar staff especially. but tip culture, if you don’t trip every time you get a drink you are made to feel uncomfortable. Run out of drinks a lot, difficult to get even a cold red stripe.

check in was ridiculously lonnnggggg! Bed/mattress uncomfortable. what ever they clean the floors with is very slippery, in the rooms and hallways. Bathroom double faucets both not working completely. if the sink had soap the faucet didn’t work. but all bathrooms were super clean. At the buffet accommodations for non meat eat eaters should be available on one grill every meal. Too much pork touching/near chicken or fish from the grill also. kitchen staff half and half 2-3 were not friendly at all. not smiling even when you talk to them.

the decor was beautiful throughout the resort. entertainment staff are wonderful. the waiters/waitress very friendly and eager to accommodate you. housekeeping staff attentive and continued to inquire if you needed anything. kitchen staff half and half 2-3 were not friendly at all. not smiling even when you talk to them. the balcony view is stunning looking at the property. gardening staff was also friendly and keeps the property nice. guest service and resort store staff was nice also.

I didn’t like that there was no itinerary of what’s going on at the resort. Also we had an issue with the lobby person when you check in her name was Cora. We wanted a microwave in our room and to get a microwave you have to make sure it’s requested f. when I inquired about a microwave Cora appeared to have a really really nasty attitude that I had to report her to get services. I’m a say all of the other staff was amazing we just had an issue with the front desk person name Cora. Whenwe did report Cora to Guess services I will tell you that management responded right away they were amazing and I did appreciate that.

I emailed the hotel 1 week in advance for dinner reservations and was told I cannot make reservations until we arrive. Once we arrived it was impossible to get a dinner reservation. We managed to get one “on a cancellation” and the restaurant was less than half full. We spoke with concierge several times and they assured us all tables were booked. We ended up showing up to the restaurants and having to fight for a table when more than half of them were empty every night. It was incredibly frustrating. The buffet restaurant was very average and only the smaller reserved restaurants had quality meals.

Plenty of cabanas on the beach so you can get a seat anytime. The restaurants were very good and the coffee bar in the lobby was wonderful. The covid test upon departure was also included and done at the hotel.

The bar at the pool was not always with a stock of good drinks, and the coctails preparations were a little sloppy. Our "Ocean Front" room was with a rare humidity smell all our stay. If you get theme restaurant reservations for late hours (8:30 - 9:00 pm), we always feel a little bit pressured to finish quickly.

The staff was great!.. always with a smile on their faces. The pool with ocean view is amazing. The Coffe shop in the main lobby was a high point!... totally recommend!. The entertaiment team is another high point, always happy and with good vibes!... The lobby bar very good and always with an above average service!

There can be more improvement on the jamaican food served. It lacked the flavors I was expecting. I wish the room lighting was much brighter. And the full body mirror was in an awkward position. I was getting ready for a wedding and it would have helped if it was better.
