Room service would knock on my door after 8pm to do turn down service. That is too late.

I loved that there was a balcony off my room and there were 14 restaurants on the property. Easy access to the beach and everything was all inclusive.

The sales pitch to sign up for more.hotel specials on the first day of our trip was a little off-putting and took up three hours of our first morning at the hotel. As an all-inclusive, you plan to indulge but the restaurant offering while looking endless and varied was quite basic so that was a.bit.of a.dissapointment .

We liked the location, layout of hotel & the swimming pool . Most staff interaction was pleasant. .

We were privilege but didn't feel privileged at all. The staff in the privilege lounge were rude and not helpful at all. We ate there because it was in our building and each time the food took an hour even though there was no one in the privilege. Also, Sasha at the privilege desk was no help at all she couldn't answer any questions or set up any reservations or connections on our behalf. We would not do privilege again because we didn't get any privileges the butler didn't come to check on us. We ordered in room dining that was never delivered.

The food was pretty good and they had a bunch of great options. We were upgraded to a master suite from the Junior Suite. Romain and Carline made our check-in smooth and us welcomed. The bartender Kevon was a gem and our housekeeper Shelisa was sweet and knowledgeable.

The staff at the privilege lodge were a bit salty for breakfast not sure why. They were slow to take our orders and just gave nasty attitude. We didn’t let it ruin our breakfast though

The food and restaurants were amazing. The size of the room was something we were not expecting it was so big. Everything exceeded our expectations! It was such an amazing experience. The resort has everything you need.

The beach needs work. The restaurants could be better - it's not terrible but it's alright. If you're Jewish, SDA, or Muslim you won't have much food offerings

Loved the ambience and the staff - the staff was very attentive also. Had a wide selection of restaurants. The fact that there was an adults only side. The views were magnificent.

It was gorgeous… very clean. The beach was nice and the pool was picturesque.

The resort was absolutely beautiful! There were so many restaurants & events there I did not have to leave the resort! The staff was absolutely amazing. Housekeeping literally mopped the floors everyday.

Hallways and elevators were dirty. Top shelf drinks were not available at all bars. Sports bar didn’t have top shelf. Housekeeping was a joke. Never given enough towels.

THE BEACH! It was terrible. It had literal rocks everywhere in the water and you can’t swim in it. As a Caribbean person, this was a HUGE let down to an otherwise wonderful stay.

The various options for dining, the rooms were lovely, the staff was exceptionally well trained and friendly.

The food and drinks were hit or completely miss which it mostly was. The room service food in particular really wasn’t anything to boast about at all in the slightest . Also the time it took to actually get the food was really bad in one instance almost 3 hours! However the restaurant food at Route 66 was really good and at Sugar Cane. So more work is needed on the food aspect

The entertainment was good and for the most part the property was appealing visually. Also the amount of restaurants to choose from was really good and the staff are farrrrr better now than my first visit a few years ago! Although some more work on professionalism is needed.
