Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The resort is very nice and clean and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. Brittney was awesome ( great asset for the entertainment team) and Rochelle and Lisa were great with my daughters as well at the kids club.

United StatesIt would be nice to have a non-alcoholic all inclusive option at a lower price point for those who don't drink.
We had a fantastic time at the Hilton Rose Hall. This hotel has a bit of everything - beach, pool, abundant food options, great/varied nighttime entertainment and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. I recommend going to the far end of the beach where there is more room. Also be sure to make dinner reservations for all your nights when you arrive to make sure you can get them unless you plan to eat at the buffet every night.

United StatesThe Furniture quality could of been upgraded on room balcony. Also, seating should be provided along the tennis and basketball courts. I found the Spa prices to be a little pricey for as much as we paid for the accommodations. No one told us about visiting the Half Moon Point Beach as a place to visit which was close to this property.
The Food was great throughout the day even Room service was Superb. We really got to taste authentic Jamaican food, fruits and vegetables instead of going of the premises. I loved that the refrigerator in the room was restocked daily. I felt like I was on a cruise with all the food and entertainment provided in my 4 day stay at the all inclusive Resort.

United StatesMy first day in the room i found blood on the sheets. The staff adressed the problem immediately. The room was not being clean to standards (dusting and sweeping) was not being done. Regarding the food, it did not meet my expectation. I was looking forward to original caribbean tasting food, that was not the case. However, the overall exprience was good.
