Once you walk out the hotel along of locals are there waiting on you .

I like that it was close to town and walking distance to the beach.

The ac in main bedroom at room 105 is not working, the living room ac is not working properly, the bathroom wasn't clean properly and the shower pipe is leaking. The balcony area was not clean prior to previous guest (dirty towel is on the chair and dirty cup with straw along with cigarette residue is still on the table). Upon arrival we only got one towel and no wash cloth, this was reported to one young miss who asked what was needed, however nothing was done and same reported to front desk at lunch time, towels was received about 7pm. The telephone is not working.

We had a ocean view room, and it seems some of the locals would hangout in front of the resort.. a few nights, they would play their music really loud

The location was convenient, the resort included a variety of beverages... and most of the staff were friendly and informative.. the sunset was beautiful every night

I didn’t like that the food was the same everyday nothing different by the day also no mirror in the room I didn’t like that the lady in the office told us we could do a late check out then said we couldn’t

It was the same food almost everyday. I expected better food I expected oxtails, fried chicken, curry chicken, seafood, kidney, light, pea soup, cow foot, you need more traditional foods, foods of the island, more traditional Fruits, I was disappointed in your food. That was the worst part for me the food of the island was not available it’s too back I would return if the food was better.

The food was repeated everyday it was always lacking. The service and people were amazing for that I would come back.

The very loud beach entertainment all day (not a relaxing vibe) but others appeared to like it - great if you want to party all day though.

Excellent beachside location, excellent room (superior Oceanview), good beach bar, nice staff, lovely beach, good choice of authentic Jamaican food. Evening entertainment was good

The room.It was very noisy from the next room and the hallway. Inside the room was another door for different apartment and with big gaps so you could hear everything.

The rooms; we had a nice garden view but just expected alittle bit more. We weren’t too comfortable using the tables/draws because more than a couple were off track. We had ants that were coming in from the balconies causing few bites.

The staff was so pleasant and made it feel so comfortable. The beach bar was wonderful; from staff to the location (tight by the beach) to having different foods and shows.

The room could have used a mirror besides the bathroom. It had an ironing board but no iron. The shower could have used at least one soap dish or shelf to hold soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. No blankets, had to ask for some.

The gardens were peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is in an ideal location from airport, the hip strip in Montego Bay, and other popular cities in Jamaica like Ocho Rios and Negril.

Our initial room was not good. The AC was poor and our view was a wall.

This isn't the resorts fault, but it was raining 2/3 days I went and the beach was closed both days. That was disappointing but we still had a good time.

Food was amazing drinks were amazing. nice spot if you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation if you are looking for some where to party and turn up this isn't the place for you.

Many areas not open due to renovation, times were not accurate for when grills open and entertainment to start, food mostly the same everyday , room on fourth floor and no elevator

The woman at the tour desk was hard to work with and not friendly. The bed only has a sheet as the bed cover, we were cold! We booked the special dinner for $76 for 2. We were 15 minutes late and after a 46 minute wait they said they couldn’t serve us—it was 9:30pm. That is too late to be told you can’t be served. I asked for a refund and it has yet to be given. Some service providers are good and some do not care at all. Too close to the airport— LOTS of jets flying loudly overhead.

The girl the at beach givin the food was doing her job but made sure not to put my wife’s grill cheese on plate so I had to wait and get served last even when I mentioned about the grill cheese not being on plate she just said ya ya but didn’t put it on plate. I’m not I a rush and being served 5 minutes later isn’t the end of the world but I was polite and since later I still could not get it out of my mind I complained to front desk supervisor and they said that’s not the way they want to treat their guess and would follow up with said employee to see what is the deal. Hopefully it wasn’t on purpose
