I‘ve never seen such a clean hostel. Also, the staff has been very friendly and helpful with any questions. The sleeping area was quiet and there were single showers. Definitely a good price for the offer!

The people are so kind and helpful. The place is very close to Petra Visitor Center. The cabin is also good in size and comfortable. It can be so hot inside the cabin during noon times yet, it was ok for me.

Just keep in mind that the hostel is based on the 5th floor of a building without elevator ;-) So, I wouldn't recommend this place for people with reduced mobility.

Bathroom and sleeping cabin were very clean and spacious. I also liked the possibility to buy water and snacks at a reasonable price in the hostel. It's also very closed to the Jett bus station as well as the entry to Petra.

Not much actually for the price i paid i really cant expect a 5 star hotel facilities but experience wise with the hostel is a 5 star one.

Spacious bed, affordable cost, few meters away from the main entrance of petra, helpful attendant i forgot his name. Toilets are clean, hot and cold showers are working well, what else? Hmmm well overall my stay was great never had an issue with the hostel.

Now I will have a hard time staying at any other hostel in the future

From the moment we checked in we were welcomed with open arms, everyone was incredibly friendly. We chose a cabin with mountain view and were amused by how cozy the space was, it doesn’t feel cramped at all and has an extra space to leave the luggage beside the bed. The cabin is also equipped with a safe you can close with a key. The showers were cleaned after each use and the warm water worked right away. The sinks outside are clean and soap was always available. We chose to have dinner at the hostel and: wow, for 7JD pp we got a buffet with different spreads, bread, salads, a delicious soup, rice, falafel and dessert (besides from pasta and a non-vegetarian option). Even if you’re staying elsewhere, I would highly recommend coming for dinner. Overall it was a lovely place to stay during our visit to Petra and we would definitely come back.

Walking up the hill after exploring Petra for hours... If only I could levitate.

I loved how gracious, accommodating, and hospital the whole staff was. It was awesome to see the attention and commitment to cleaning throughout the entire hostel. Bathrooms have individual rooms that lock for the toilet and shower. Good hot water every day. Mr. Sharif and Mr. Mohammad were incredibly helpful with food, sites and helping me to secure transportation to Amman at the last minute. I thought the little cabins were incredibly comfortable. The blankets and mattress were snuggly warm and comfy. I got great sleep. Plenty of room to kneel and sit, great little lock box as well as a rack to hand clothes or a towel. Breakfasts and dinner were offered daily and I regret not taking advantage... Everything looked and smelled delicious. Plus, view from common rooms are great, lots of couches and tables and chairs. My cabin didn't have a view but I didn't expect one. The lighting was excellent.

Excellent hostel and hospitality. Just 5 minutes walk from the Petra visitor center. Mr Sharif is very helpful and welcoming. The shared bathrooms are very clean. The cleaning lady cleans toilets after every single use. Very commendable. Keep it up 💯 will surely recommend to everyone looking for a cheap stay near Petra entrance.

I got a corner box with windows to two sides. Unfortunately the view was not particularly nice since there was a construction site just in front of me and it was turned to the south, so the temperature in the box got unbearable during the day, although I was staying there during the winter.

It's a good location, just about 5-10 min walk from the Petra Visitor Centre. The boxes also provide more privacy than the usual (bunk) beds in other hostels that often don't even have a curtain. And the boxes can also be locked (but you need to bring your own padlock). In the bathroom there are cabins with both the toilet and a shower, so there is plenty of room to put your clothes while showering. The staff is very friendly.

It smelled awful in the bed area. You need to climb up to the third floor by stairs. If you have luggage, it'll be an extra challenge.

Toilet/shower rooms were constantly cleaned. I thought 5 JD for breakfast was expensive but given the prices here in Petra, it was reasonable and it was an authentic Jordanian menu.
