The first bed was very uncomfortable, the electric plugs were not working and there was no included heater. They provided us of 3 heaters since the previous ones were not working.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was ok, I had no big expectations since the price was cheap but I did had to ask to change room since the electric plugs were not working.

There’s nothing… full of smoking smell, no proper bed, no water in washroom, heater got fire in the midnight… if someone planned to stay with family… better book something else… never think of this one

Lack of Basic Amenities: The room was not equipped with a heater or heated water, which is unacceptable, especially during cold weather. An attempt to provide a manual heater was made, but it led to repeated electricity outages, exacerbating the situation. Room Cleanliness and Odor: The room's cleanliness was not up to mark, and there was a persistent, unpleasant smoking smell throughout my stay, which made the environment uncomfortable and uninviting. Missing Basic Supplies: Essential toiletries such as towels and shampoo were not provided, which is a basic expectation for any hotel stay. Service Issues: Despite the inclusion of breakfast in the service package, it was not delivered, further disappointing my experience at the hotel.

There was no hotel parking; they told me to park my car half on hotel pavement and half on the road. There was no air conditioning, no towels, there was a switch in the room to turn on hot water but nobody told me about the switch because the receptionist couldn’t speak any English. The bedding smelled of cigarette smoke and other odours. Bedding was not fresh. Floor was in a bad unhygienic state. The whole room smelt bad. We reached the hotel at 0130 at night, no chance to go anywhere else at that time. In the morning the same receptionist went out to buy breakfast for us as they had no cooking facility at the hotel (they had a small kitchen with hot/cold drinks facility). Hotel was dark with minimal lights. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.

So old, no heating system in winter and sure there’s no AC, sinks not working toilets are so damaged, no cleaning of beds, no covers, everything is very bad and disappointing

Bed sheets were stained, breakfast tables were stained, light in the bathroom didn't work, no hot water in one of our two rooms. Back of the toilet was smashed and half on. The fridge smelt bad, there was a burnt plug socket in our room, TV didn't work. Wifi didn't work. "Garden" was full of rubble and rubbish.

I had first Experience in this Hotel.Everything was good. i would like to say those persons who wants to come in Jordan must visit in this Hotel and second thing Breakfast was great 👍. Room was large comfortable size with big screen flat TV. Had additional seating beyond chair at desk and comfortable beds. Very clean. We're going back in a few weeks. .Best Regards

Cheater and tricky staff, be aware. I've booked for my brother, when he arrived they let him pay more than the mentioned amount, and refused to give a bill. Then they have cancelled my booking and claim that we did not come. Although he has showed them the booking.

Be aware of the staff, I've booked for my brother through booking, then they've cancelled my booking and they let him pay higher price although he showed them the booking confirmation. The cheater staff told him that there are much more extra fees not included in the price, although it was clear that the total price is inclusive of all taxes. After all that they did not print a bill for the payment.
