Bathroom wasn't clean (rusty hair pin in the shower, long hair in the sink drain), shower cubicle was lacking one door element, bathroom drain placed at an elevated position, so room got flooded. No kettle. No towels on arrival, when I asked, I was given a single towel (not sufficient when your floor is flooddd ;) ). Place has 0 atmosphere. Breakfast is from 8 while Petra opens at 6. As it was a scorching day, I skipped brekkies, so can't judge

The bathroom was a bit dark at night so I would recommend an extra light or a phone flashlight when showering.

The host was really helpful, he helped us make a plan of our visit in Petra as well as find local taxis and restaurants for us. We were also provided late breakfast on the day of arrival, even though it was not included.

I was cheated out of 9 JOD by the staff. Muhammad the receptionist told us because of our early departure we could not have breakfast and it would not be packed for us (the price included breakfast and we read on the site that you can request breakfast to go). We paid him +9 JOD and in the morning a breakfast package was waiting for us. Of course there was no one at reception to complain or ask for the 9 JOD back. The invoice of course did not include the extra 9 JOD he took.

First of all, when we came to hotel Mohammed welcomed us. Mohammed was our host and he was very polite, he give us a best room, he get up erly the next day just to make brekfast to go just for us. He booked all our trips to Petra and Wadi rum. He and his friends took us to dinner and also to watch the sunset and Petra by night. He made our stay so much better and easier. Great host every reccomendation. Everything is clean, brekfast is good, overall 10/10!

The Wifi signal is poor, there was no hot water in my room for two days, the breakfast was very bad, the front desk said to wait for me to check in at 3 o'clock, but I couldn't find him at 9 o'clock in the morning and 6 o'clock in the afternoon. Their manager is the worst.

unfortunately this place has lost its glory. the bathroom is stinky and unfixed and the water leaks and drips all over the floor. in the description it’s said that we have a private external bathroom but we found trash from other guests there.. the airconditioning doesn’t work well and we couldn’t open a window making the room extremely stuffy. there’s a kettle but no cups or any beverages (which would’ve been nice for the price paid). the linen on the bed couldn’t cover the mattresses well and that’s super annoying. the windows need a wash, they’re very dusty. breakfast is there but don’t expect much… it’s very scanty and minimal. it’s extremely expensive for its value!

they didn’t answer our message about a question we had. The toilet wasn’t clean and it stank very bad. there was even a few cockroaches.

The room was very dirty, you could tell not cleaned properly after last use: stains on the sheets, dirty ear stick on the bin, dirty floor, the bathroom wasn’t clean at all and smelled bad. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it specially for the price paid. You cannot open the windows. A lot of noise from the street and the construction onsite, which continued until 23:00 at night on the first day.
