Great place to rest - simple, relaxed and quiet. Lovely courtyard with plants. Spacious room, comfy beds, good shower, big balcony. Very good localisation, on a street with many restaurants and cafes. A 15-min walk to the beach. Staff was very nice, always tried to help, even let us check in early.

I wanted to open the door to the patio and had the entire door handle in my hand.

Staff was nice and friendly and easy check-in. The location is great, many small stores and restaurants are close by. I was told it's a bit of the touristy area but for that it's not too bad. The room was big and nice and can't complain. I would probably come back :)

Had to ask for the bed to be remade as the sheets looked used, coffee cups used as well. The reception staff did not speak English and didn't know how to take a card payment. Had to ask the waiter for help from the nearby restaurant.

At the reception they did not speak

The location is perfect right in the center and close to many restaurants. The room was very big with fridge which is good to keep the water cold. Air conditioning and shower worked perfectly. Beds are big and pretty comfy.

It was about 10 minutes from the beach and the center and it has a really cute court as an entrance. The staff was very helpful whenever we had a question.

The kitchen is very modestly equipped. On the balcony you can smell the fried meat from the restaurant below. There is a strange smell in the room, also of cigarettes that someone smoked here. In the evenings and at night, it is noisy in the street, which disturbs sleep. Bad smelling bed linen.

Considering all the bad reviews on here, it took me quiet some time to finally book my stay at this place. First of all, the location is amazing - multiple amazing restaurants around, always free parking available in front (even though there is a lot of traffic going around in this area) and in close walking distance to all the main attractions. For trips to South Beach or Ayla by car, you are literally next to the main highway. Next, we got an extremly spacious room with a balcony directly above some of the restaurants. And surprise, I still didn't have the promised "kitchen smell" of our room at any second. The apartment was clean and modern. Comfy bed. Nice shower. The kitchen wasn't that well equipped, but still provided everything necessary for a temporary stay (though we only ate outside). To the people giving bad reviews based on the kitchen, if you expect equipment like back home you might as well pay more for such value. Finally for all the women, we were in need of a hair dryer and contacted the reception (via WhatsApp, they answered in less than a second) for one - they handed us one by Dyson, by far the best hair dryer in all of my stays ever. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quiet. Good quality mattress and the water pressure and bathrooms were perfect. Located next to some of the best restaurants in Aqaba and there is a little convenience store next to the hotel. They let me check in early and were kind enough to keep my bag for a while after I had checked out.

Noise. My room was just by the reception desk and some office where people congregated and talked, shouted, watched TV until late (11-12 pm). Then children running around, doors slamming. Then at night staff from the bar next door talking right under my window. So, nor great for sleeping at all. Quietened down around 3 am. No natural light in the room, just one window in the bathroom. It's OK,to smoke inside so a bit smelly. Not a great value for money after all, I would not stay again due to all of the above.

Wery well equipped apartment. It was comfortable and clean. The apartment is near to the center, the staff was polite and friendly. Near the location are many restaurants and shops.

Inprovement could be the Internet in the 2nd floor and maybe some pots & pans and cuttlery. But that was not a big deal to get from them.

Especially Ahmed at the Rezeption (english speaking) solved all the problems and got all things we needed. Direct in the Center with lot of Shops/Restaurants around. If you got the apartment with the balcony that would be great.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The water pressure from the shower was low and it was hard to wash hair. The shower got clogged very easily so very quickly you stand in the few centimeters of water and the whole bathroom gets all wet.

Ground floor was very noisy. First night was OK, but second night neighbours who were very loud. Kids probably jumping from furniture, people leaving the hotel and coming back. Screeming and shouting in the hallway. Room was pretty stinky. You smelled the grill as if you were sitting right next to it. Was only quite around 3, 4 am. Room was too pricy for what it offered. Door side noises from the hallway backside with only one window (dark room) to some kind of back yard with people yelling until late night. Would not recommend and would not come back.

Location is right in the centre of Aqaba. All distances can be made easily on foot. Staff was friendly, bathroom was very clean.
