Pool could be cleaner.

Great breakfast, reception and rooftop staff, pool is a great advantage as well as sea view from our room. Water pressure was good.

At the pool the music speaker was connected to the phone of another guest. The volume was way too high, which made us leave the pool earlier than we wanted to. Not a real critique but just a little advice in being careful of who you let connect to the music speaker.

We had a very comfortable stay in the Alena Hotel. Pool is small but does the job as a refresher. Staff was all very nice and kind. Good choices at breakfast. Wifi works great. Highly recommend staying here!!

It took two days to get bigger towels and the room got very hot during the day so it was hard to cool down during the night.

Nice, clean room with a nice view of the city and the sea. The rooftop pool was a welcome refreshment after a long day of exploring the city. The staff was very helpful when we tried to find a place to go scuba diving.

The room was good, comfy and the personnel was so kind, specially Nuur, who was so attentive with us and the owner. I recommend it if you want to have a perfect stay in Aqaba!

We had a great time in the Alena Hotel. The breakfast on the rooftop had a nice atmosphere, the staff was super nice and friendly, solutions for special requests were found immediately. I would visit again.

Rooms are heating up very fast due to all the glass. Can be exhausting after a day in the heat to wait half an hour for the room to cool down. Didn’t bother us, just ask for a room on the right side. Showers are not thoughtful designed, bathroom was flooded completely in two different rooms. Didn’t bother us, just make sure to deal with it somehow.

Thanks to reception manager for the little upgrade to a bigger room. Staff in general was very friendly and welcoming. Pool on the rooftop is a plus if you are spending some days without having activities booked. Location is just right to be not too far off. couple of minuted walking down the street to reach downtown. Breakfast was compared to other hotels average.

Breakfast could have a better food choice. Also, 30 minutes before the end of breakfast time, the food choice was very limited. There are not enough tables to serve all guests if they come at the same time.

Modern and close to the town centre. We checked out early in the morning to go to Petra, and they prepared for us packed lunch. Great service and friendly team. Highly recommended.

Our flight was late at night and they arrange for us to move to a smaller room for free after check out. Location is walkable to restaurants and city beach. Our room had an amazing sea view with full glass windows. Friendly and helpful staff.
