The location was average. We found that walking to the restaurants took about 15min each way. One elevator was not sufficient for a hotel of this size - we spent a lot of time waiting. One day the breakfast was in another hotel which wasn't really good enough as we were in a rush. The view from the window was another building.

The room was clean and modern. Had everything we needed for a couple of nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy, Aircon worked and bathroom was good

The breakfast was very Middle Eastern. With my more Western taste fried or poached eggs would have been a useful and a toaster for the bread would have been welcomed.. The boiled eggs were very hard boiled.

Friendly staff. Nice room. Efficient lift. The location was good for local shops and to walk down to the coast road. Breakfast on the seventh floor was very relaxing and there was plenty of food available.

The location isn’t the best due to the worn out houses or the lack of them right next to the hotel, there’s unfortunately a lot of trash on the streets.

The staff was really nice and kind. The rooms are very big and clean. Breakfast was good. The pool is small but clean and since there weren’t a lot of guests there during our stay we had the pool basically to ourselves.

Awesome boutique hotel with an awesome rooftop plunge pool with warm water and a killer view over seaside center of Aqaba. Room was in great modern condition with TV and hot shower and floor to ceiling view. Simple and servicable breakfast in nearby Mass Paradise hotel rooftop. Plus for easy parking right outside the hotel entrance.

We really enjoyed our one night stayvat Alena, we had big room with sea view at one side and city view on other side. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom has good hot water. Breakfast was also good.

We have no idea, why the architect had to made a little step in front of the lift in each floor... Be careful on your toes 😂

Super nice staff, cozy room, great top-roof leisure area with cafe bar, tables and swimming pool with sea view. Safe parking in front of the hotel, walkable distance to markets and city centre, just 5 mims by walk to the fort and beach, but side road of the crowdy roads, so not that noisy at night at all.

There are some constructions going in around the hotel, but overall it didn't affect our stay.

The location is convenient as it is a few streets away from both the seashore, the fort and the market streets. The hotel itself is very new and clean. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We especially liked the bathroom, the best we experienced in Jordan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served at another facility, 1 mins away from Alena, on the rooftop with a view on the sea and the city. We stayed only for 1 night, but wished to have stayed more!

Very spacious and very clean room. We got upgraded because we were smiling 😁😁 Also very very nice stuff, soooo profesional and polite. They answered every question we had. And they were handing us traditional sweets every time we were passing by the reception 😁. Pool is a very nice bonus. Sunroof deck as well!
