We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I would say a 4*+ hotel. Extremely clean and very innovative design. However, my wife and I are always interested in the attitude of the staff, how professional they are. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to remember everyone's names, but many thanks to the morning staff, who take care of breakfast! Everything perfect! Thanks to the colleague from the bar in the lobby! Professional and full of support! But I would like to thank Hamza from Reception, who gave us all the information we needed. At the same time, I would recommend the tourists who will stay at the Ambassador, not to hesitate, to arrange some trips around Jordan, with Mr. Firas's company! It depends on what each individual wants, but if you want someone flexible, who will be there and help you with any advice on what to visit or with any information, or if you need a local who can recommend other places to you, he is the right person. Mr. Hazem, a dedicated driver who was with us on our long trips to Wadi Rum and Petra, also works in his team. A professional, with impeccable English! Therefore, the team that takes care of tours from the Ambassador hotel, is a perfect team and do not hesitate to contact Mr. Firas for any activities you will have in Jordan! thank you, Team! United Arab Emiratesif i need to mention something, it would be a limited variety of TV channels and you cannot cast your phone to the TV set.
the hotel is very cozy in a nice and calm neighborhood. rooms are clean and spacious, and the value for money is great. a nice hypermarket is that has couple of fast food outlets is nearby, and the location of the hotel gives one accessibility to the main businesses in Amman.

Everything, especially our upgraded room, when we returned for a second time. We were given a suite, and a large fruit tray was delivered to our room. The first room was great, but the second was superb. The staff was fantastic. The man who ran the bar was really friendly. Also, we were able to leave our large pieces of luggage while we traveled throughout Jordan.

The staff were friendly and really made an effort to make our stay comfortable. We had breakfast and ate diner in the restaurant, both were excellent. We enjoyed our stay here so much we ended up going back for a second night at the end of our trip.

Third review for this hotel. IT IS PERFECT. Wifi, housekeeping, tours, private drivers, room service, restaurant on site, security, bellhop, delicious buffet breakfast, clean hotel, hospitable staff. I arrived 3 hrs before check in and they allowed me to check into my room without charge or issue. There is a grocery store and a few cafes within walking distance. Downtown is minutes away in a taxi or private car.

This hotel is perfect. The cleanliness, the comfort, and the hospitality are all superb. Rooms were soundproof. I had a family with small children across the hall and never heard a sound from them. The wifi was free and the connection was strong even during a rain storm. *This is my second review for this hotel because I kept extending my stay. Great for solo, business, and family travel.

I have traveled to numerous countries and THIS is my FAVORITE hotel. It is nothing short of exceptional. From the security to the front desk to housekeeping. Everything was perfect. The room was more like an apartment and to simply call it clean would be an understatement. The bed, linen, complimentary robes and slippers were all comfortable! Every staff member was kind and helpful. After about two days housekeeping knew exactly what I needed and how I liked things and they cleaned my room accordingly without me making a single request. The welcome fruit plate was adorable and yummy. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options. The modern elements to the hotel were perfect. I originally booked two nights but extended for almost an additional week because I was able to get much needed rest here. I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Jordan because it truly is perfect.

GermanyThe doors of the rooms are very heavy and slam very loudly echoing through out the hallways. You are constantly woken up by slamming hallway doors of other guests starting very early in the morning. I did not have 1 solid night of good sleep because of it.
