We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We LOVED everything in the hotel - staff, rooms, service and food. It is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in with my husband. We would only give a small suggestion to serve more fresh fruits for breakfast maybe. Keep up your amazing work, guys! The location is good as well, safe area with embassies close by. Also, worth mentioning the fact that when we stayed there second time during our vacation (as we went to another city and came back to Amman), the hotel upgraded our booked double room to a Suit! That was so wonderful! We really enjoyed it. Next time we are in Amman, will definitely stay at Ambassador hotel! Thank you so much for everything, guys! :)

United KingdomOn an environmental front I suggest an updated housekeeping policy; to save precious clean water don't change the bathroom towels if they are left hanging up! Left mine hanging and did say not to bother changing them, but they were replaced anyway. Lovely to have fresh towels but after one day they are still reusable, after all they were used to dry a clean body! As foreign visitor I feel strongly about trying to make some small effort and many European hotels already have this policy.
Lovely hotel which offers a great base for days out exploring whilst also being very comfortable when needing to stay in and recharge one's batteries. The newly-reopened swimming pool is small but great for refreshing exercise and a chance to relax outdoors on a sun lounger. The cafe-bar serves real coffee and the rooms have kettle, cups etc to make your own cup of tea. Staff always helpful and welcoming; ask at Reception for any advice needed. My return flight involved very early start so Chef organised packed sandwich, fruit & pastry to replace the missing breakfast, although I really didn't want to leave!

Breakfast offered a wide selection including cooked foods with some variety each day. Also lots of salads and local savoury cold dishes. Prepared fresh fruit like melon was delicious, plus whole fruit and fruit salad. Heaps of bread, rolls and pastries so, altogether it was possible to eat a full meal; ideal if one is off exploring for the day. Breakfast in the dining room was always kept running smoothly by Maria, even when larger tourist groups were in.
