There was a mistake with my reservation at first, and mistakes happen anywhere, but how they dealt with the mistake was very impressive, I got an upgrade. Also, the hotel management and staff were very understanding they treated me very well. Everyone was super nice, and I got extra care as if I was in one of the most luxurious resorts. The value for money is totally worth it, and the pool is actually nice. House keeping were also friendly and helpful. The hotel manager actually contacted us in person, and he was keeping an eye on everything so people were feeling comfortable. I had friends coming over for a quick meeting and we were supposed to go to another hotel but I suggested us to stay with this hotel because we had everything we need and the room was very spacious so we stayed the 3 of us in the double room with a sofa bed which it self was so big and comfy. 😊😊😊

We had some issues with the aircon in our room.

The breakfasts were good. The facilities were very good for this grade of hotel, especially our room which was spacious and comfortable. Above all, the staff were lovely and very helpful (all of them, but especially Mohammad Alathem, who makes great cappuccino and Virgin Pina Coladas, Ahmed Abedel Karim, and Samah). We enjoyed our stay very much. The taxi drivers outside were also very helpful and great fun!

Everything was great

The hotel is an excellent place to stay. Easy access off all major roads and free parking. The rooms are spacious and clean with balcony. Breakfast is very good and the staff are very welcoming.

Breakfast is very limited and is the same every day , salad bar is very basic and I didn’t understand the absence of cheese platter Water bidet was on the left side ! and had very weak water pressure most of time That was silly but I didn’t try to change the room or the hotel because it was generally comfortable

Malik from the front desk has been very kind and helpful. Both him and his colleagues would constantly make sure everything was good during our stay. Rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. Beautiful view of the city and 10/15min from downtown by taxi

Breakfast could be improved..we were staying total 3 days in here and the menu more or less were same.

The hotel is really nice. Clean and beds are very comfortable. The room size is very good for a family. We really love the location of the hotel. It is in the residental area, near mosque, supermarket , places to eat. Amman downtown is very very busy...we love the area but dont like to stay around there maybe because we rent car so driving around downtown amman could be stressfull. So this hotel is perfect and very quite at night. Since we love this hotel so much, on the last two days in Amman we decided to go back here and canceled our bookings in hotel in downtown Amman.

Breakfast variety could be enhanced. One of the crew members at the breakfast didn't like that our 2 years daughter throw few eggs on the floor and started to film it with her smartphone giving us uncomfortable feelings.

1) Available parking spot attached to the building. 2) the staff at the reception (Mr. Dhiya) and (Mr. Mohamed) were very nice and supportive. 3) very big room with wide enough washroom. 4) nice view from room no. 718.
