Nice hosts, I got upgraded for free and I got the right to checkout at 6pm for free aswell, very good location in Amman Downtown in front of Hashemite Plaza and the Roman Theater, parking spots available in the street of the hotel

rooms are small and not super cot but that goes with the price. there is no help for day trips. instead people are guided into the house drivers who charge a lot to take out individuals. the restaurant is expensive. they cater for older wealthier less discerning tourists

Rooms and bathroom very primitive.

the property was being renovated not before time. what had been done looks like it going to be fab. the roof terrace one of the spectacular aspects was under renovation. food was being ordered from other places and arrived cold. no alcohol and limited soft drinks. would not book at the moments too much work needs to be done. ideal location for downtown.

We arrived late in the evening and the staff, even at 1am were very welcoming, kind and friendly. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a great location.... Very close to the roman theatre and citidel. We also went on the free walking tour.... Mohammed was so lovely and took us to all the places we probably wouldn't have found on our own.

The bathtub was not designed well, because all the water run out when you showered. So that needs to be fixed.

Excellent location, the A/C was performing flawlessly. There was a fridge, working nicely too. The receptionist was very kind too, and they allowed us to check out very early in the morning.

Basic facilities. In-room firidge didn't work and had mold in it. Bathroom was missing a bath curtain, and needed a water mop. Lift on our floor didn't work.

This hotel looks like a youth hostel ; the former clients write sweet words on the lobby walls. The mosquee is very very close and the windows are very old => the night is noisy and the 5.00 AM wake up is tough. The bathroom is very old and bad luck, we had no water one morning. The breakfast is ok… except that it’s allowed to smoke ;-(

The staff is very very kind. The parking is easy. The room is clean. The view from the roof top is nice.

No real issue the top floor was being refurbished but the disturbance was kept to a minimum and the workers were very polite and accommodating

Air Conditioning remote was not there to control the temperate of the room. The room was not soundproof.

It was near to the some of the attraction of the Amman and near to the downtown area
