1. Room lacked basic facilities including plug sockets (only 1 UK plug socket by bed and EU socket for TV.) and no hair dryer. 2. Toilet was small, and the drainage cap kept opening. The bidet was low pressure.

1. The staff are very friendly, very helpful. They go the extra mile. 2. Location is very good. Restaurants nearby, not too far to drive to tourist attractions. 3. Reception area is very authentic, nicely decorated. 4. Breakfast is offered at a good rate and was decent. 5. Free parking on side roads (the car park is not free). 6. Room was clean 7. Free unlimited tea and coffee in the reception area 8. Very good value for money with all things considered. 8. Staff speak English too

Toilet cistern was leaking so water on the floor. Would like some soy milk for breakfast. Bit noisy at night.

Simple but adequate breakfast. Fantastic location, able to walk to Rainbow St with good shopping and restaurants. Room was comfortable size. Good security for hotel, needed PIN to use lift. They refunded a night's stay after our flight was cancelled at the last minute, which was great.

Since the building is not new it was quite noisy at night, both from the inside and outside. Bathroom could use a renovation as well, but definitely enough for 1-2 nights stay.

Excellent location just steps away from the Rainbow Street and very friendly and helpful staff. Close to many shops and restaurants. I really liked the decor of the common room as well - as the name suggests it's full of antique items and furniture giving a really homey feeling.

We stayed in different hotels in Jordan, and to be honest we did not expect much from this one, however, we were pleasantly surprised about how our stay there turned out. The hotel is really homey, the receptionist was friendly and kind , but she was not " too much". The breakfast was better then we expected - there were fresh veggies, local food, eggs, sausages and more. The room had everything - working TV with English channel, AC was working, the bathroom had shower gel/shampoo and hand soap. We really enjoyed our stay there. Also, the hotel is at the very start of the rainbow street.

One tourguide was intrusive for making more money. We were not able to enjoy the tour that well cause he tried hard to recommend a friend's accomodation. Additionally he was talking all the time during the 6 hrs tour so we couldn't really enjoy ourselves.
