The Whole experience was great, the host was very friendly and nice to deal with, the location was very central next to the old town, overall great value for money, highly recommended, the parking spaces were plenty and the breakfast was very good , they even allowed us to do an extended checkout without any problems

The hotel does not have a restaurant that serves lunch or dinner, so it is a bit of a walk to get something to eat.

Room was spacious and comfortable, and importantly, the bathrooms were clean and good. The location is a 20 minute walk from the happening restaurants

As it was our first time visit to Aqaba, the Staff were very nice and gave the proper guidance for where about of the city. The breakfast was good, the room were spacious and was the same as shown on the time. Cleanliness will give 10/10, location of the hotel was good everything was within walking distance. Over all good and value for money

Great property which is very well located, clean and front desk staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t stay here as we were upgraded to their flagship Bratus hotel. Staff at Bratus were amazing too and facilities were really good. If you have a car, I would recommend staying at Bratus.

Breakfast was limited (no buffet) but this was likely due to lack of tourism because of the war, which isn’t their fault. I do not fault them for this.

The location and the value was great. It is right next to a ton of stores and places to eat and the beach is easily walkable. The price is very good for the quality as well, I highly recommend. The employees were also extremely kind and helpful (specifically Ranad was amazing and had a great time speaking with him).

The Luciana has a great location in Aqaba, and it’s fantastic value for money. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, would definitely recommend to friends. Renad on reception gave a very warm welcome and even upgraded us to a premium room.

Great location, easy walk to many shops, restaurants and the Aqaba Castle or mosque. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet not available due to Ramadan but the a la carte was really good with lots of options.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I must mention Ms Renad Alrahabneh was very helpful in answering my queries about the hotel and Aqaba city. She had a smile all the time and was very approachable. She had amazing communication skills and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay at Luciana.
