The street in front was very noisy with people and cats until 3am which made it hard to sleep. Maybe go for no view in the back but not on the street front.

Furnitures are very "old school" and need refreshing. Rooms are not soundproof, difficult to sleep well because of noises in the street or from next rooms...

nice room next to the city beach, people ať the reception were very friendly and gave us good advise which beach is best for schnorcheling and even rented us the equipment for free

The rooms need repair done, lack of chairs or sofas in the room, the kitchen lacks utensils.

The challenge i had this time was with renovation work that was done in the room above, at midnight and again around 5am, which disturbed my sleep. I guess renovation was done over night because of Ramadan. Unfortunately they were not inspired enough to not occupy the rooms next to the one being in works.

The hotel typically provides good value for money. I had a decent size room, with a comfy bed, and all the appropriate conditions for this price category. The staff as was helpful. Walls block some of the sound, but doors and windows do not. There were little children running around halls screaming at around 7 AM in the morning Around 10 AM they start drilling so that might be a bit inconvenient if you like to sleep longer. Not that clean shower but I chose room which was not fully cleaned yet so thats on me.

Awesome guy at the reception. Very helpfull. Usually lets you choose from multiple rooms. Fairly good wifi. Both AC and fan, which is cool (pun intended). Nice location, close to everything. Would recomend. :)

The price has been favorable, but it doesn't justifies filth, primarily in the bathroom. Cleaning staff does its best (we were sorry seeing that the owner shouted at cleaning man) and it seems more like they don't have appropriate tools and detergents or clean towels for replacement. There are renovations in the hotel going on (we could hear drills on the upper floor late in the night), so hopefully some things will get better, but I think the owner should make new showers before renovations of ceilings and lighting. We would point this out to the owner on departure, but he was asleep in the lobby. I am very sorry having to give bad evaluation (the worst I ever gave) but that is reality. Hope it will improve

Quick responses and correspondence before arrival. The owner was very nice and friendly, providing informations about the area and securing parking spot right in front of the hotel. The hallways seemed very clean and sumptuous. Free snorkeling masks are nice addition (but if you need better masks better take your own). Diverse and interesting neighborhood, authentic and safe.

Good location, friendly, helpfull staff, walking distance to city center and main attractions. Good value for money. Worth to visit because of the Cookie ( parrot ) who greets you at the entrance ;)

The manager and staff at this hotel are extremely nice and cooperative. They go out of their way to supprt guests. The place is affordable and clean. Located in the city center and easily accessible.

The bath room was old but we also saw that there where rooms with updated bathrooms. So renovations are being done, definitely not a biggie or a reason not to come.

I liked everything.

This stay was a relief after the other Jordan hotels. The host was very kind and helped us arrange a cheap taxi, and recommended where to eat. The location is very good in the city centre near the beach. The room was clean and well equipped in comparison to the neighbour hotel we've also stayed for a night.
