There is no fresh juice .. I wish they add this to there services

It's a very clean place .. the staff is so friendly and they never let you down .. whatever you needed .. Definitely gonna stay here again .. Close to everything ( alsouq - restaurants - pharmacy - bars )

The balcony had a few tears in the fly net and the sliding door had a problem closing correctly, but apart from that the room was good.

The location was in the center of town and very close to all the major attractions I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The hotel also kindly provided me with a higher tier room free of charge upon checking in. The place is generally cozy and on the smaller side.

The hotel was spotless. Since tourism is down, we were able to check in early, and received a complimentary upgrade, which was so appreciated after a couple nights in Wadi Rum. The room was so comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Location is great, in central Aqaba. Staff was really kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

No complaints at all. There are one or two pubs in the area, and I can imagine the area might get quite noisy during peak season. However, the hotel itself is lovely and quiet, and I'd have no qualms staying here again.

This is a lovely, welcoming hotel close to facilities such as shops, cafes and restaurants, and an easy walk to the public beach. Thank you to Muna and the reception staff, who couldn't have made our stay more comfortable ❤️. We arrived hot and tired in the month of Ramadhan, and were given a room upgrade; what a bonus! We were fasting, and sahur (breakfast) was provided to our room, early in the morning; service with a smile! Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Our stay at AquaVista Hotel in Aqaba was absolutely perfect, thanks largely to the wonderful staff, especially Mona. She was incredibly kind and even upgraded our room for free. The luxurious accommodations and top-notch service truly made our experience unforgettable. Plus, the hotel's central location put us near all the coffee shops and restaurants, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the sea, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a special getaway in Aqaba!

The only thing I could say to improve this great hotel would be to have private parking. Although we didn’t struggle to find parking on the street and it was only a 30 second walk to the hotel.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. I even booked the wrong dates by mistake and they responded very quickly and helped me change this. The breakfast buffet was so good and had such a great variety of food. The buffet staff were so friendly as well and made sure you had everything that you needed. The room could not be faulted. Clean, comfortable and great size. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Aqaba.

Firstly, the location is amazing, right at the downtown and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are extremely spacious with a huge balcony. The best part about the stay here was the staff and then the chef. The chef served us with a huge breakfast which was delicious. He didn't compromise on anything infact because of ramadan as food was not available outside as shops were closed in the afternoon he packed toast, juices and fruits separately for us so that we don't stay hungry for lunch when we were about to leave Aqaba. What an exceptional service. Highly recommened this place. Loved our stay here.

Excellent location, the hotel is in the center of Aqaba with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was superb. The hotel doesn't have a car park but plenty of street parking.

The hotel is in a very noisy street, so there is traffic during the night as well, but it was ok.

The staff was very friendly end helpful, specially during the breakfast.:) They also offered us a bigger room for no charge which was a really nice gesture.

- it is not the newest hotel ever but all is kept very well preserved and clean, so you really can’t complain

- the location was great: 5min walking from jett bus station, 10min walking from the public beach, right next to the restaurants and shops - the staff was really nice, you can feel that they are honestly trying to help and make you feel good - it’s not this fake “nice” if you know what I mean - the breakfast was yummy and had many options (started at 7 which was great as our bus was leaving at 8 so we had time to eat before checking out) - we got upgraded to a room with balcony which was very generous
