Shower wasn't very nice looking, but it did the job, it looked a bit old just like the room, but it was fine. Other than that, everything was great.

Our room was comfortable and the location is perfect, we mostly walked. The staff is very kind! We also had breakfast which was great, with a nice view of the city :) overall it was a very pleasant stay, would recommend.

This is a very old building and does lack some of the modern conveniences, but it is so clean.

Without the exceptional staff, my experience would have been miserable. Without the language and the help securing taxis and busses, I would have gone to Petra immediately. I loved the terrace and the delicious breakfast with great coffee.

Breakfast could be better. Cleaning in the stairs would be great. Also keeping the outside just in front of the hotel cleaner would be nice.

Very well positioned in the heart of downtown. Off course it's noisy, but you are downtown, a few minutes from the theater or the citadel. Our family room was good, with clean and not too old bathroom. Fridge, TV, sofa, free bottled water. Just missing some tables to put stuff on, and small lights to read in our bed. It's basic, but conformable. And good for the price you pay. Parking facility was great.

I could not really get the TV working (no signal). The window we had was into a deep shaft, so there was no sunlight. A bit of chaos with the UK/EU outlets, better bring an adapter.

Fine for shorter stays. The roof terrace is a nice plus.

The setting of the room was quite strange - from the first room you could enter the bathroom, where there was only a shower, and the second room, from which you could enter the toilet with a really small basin. So that you had to enter the second bedroom to go to the toilet. However, for a couple of nights it wasn't a big problem :)

Very nice staff, good breakfast (even fresh omelette and pancakes) with a nice view. The accommodation was fine for a couple of nights. Good location.

The bathroom door didn't close. But that's not a problem by any means for the stay.

Emad, the night manager and breakfast incharge was a kind man and made our stay Uber comfortable. He was generous with his time and attention and care. He is the single most reason we would rate this place as high as we did. The view of the Roman theatre and Citadel from our room was nice. The panoramic view from the breakfast rood top was brilliant. It's this view that gets the star from us along with the nice breakfast spread even though it was Ramadan time. It's a very unique hotel experience, right in the middle of town. But quiet as well. 2 dinar ride from Citadel or walking distance from few of the popular tourist place. If you don't want a cookie cutter hotel experience, but a genuine lived in an old historic city feel this is the place for you. Good rooms with AC and Fridge and coffee and tea at all times and hot water supply and lift. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from all the road side amazing eateriees for cheesy corn, sugar and juice, shawarma, roasted nuts, souvenir shopping and Hahbiba for the most gorgeous Kanafe. And Abu Zagleh for food.

It was quite noisy at night due to its location. There were no hangers in the wardrobe and the beds were a bit hard.

The location was really close to the Citadel and Roman theatre. The room was spacious and serviced daily. Breakfast was nice and freshly made omelette available.

Everything was amazing. The people here are very kind and make you feel special and comfortable. The location is amazing, you can go there by car and the view was outstanding. The accomodation was the best for the price I see, very clean and there is private bathroom also! We took a trip to desert which we highly recommend to take! Also we have camel sunrise ride- wow. At the evening they made for us traditional beduin dinner, everything was delicious, so as breakfast. Thank you once again for everything, and hope see you again!

Fantastic location! Walking distance to all the main sites in downtown Amman and places to eat, staff were fantastic especially the night porter, good breakfast on the roof terrace with fab views of Amman in the morning, room was basic but clean and personally I found the bed really comfortable! Hot showers! Good all round place… Tv didn’t work, but I didn’t go to Amman and Jordan to watch telly I can do that at home so not a problem.

The best accommodation in Jordan. Pleasantly warm rooms were waiting for us in the middle of February. The owner was very helpful, recommended places of interest in the area, recommended restaurants, arranged parking in a nearby guarded yard for 6 JOD per day. At the same time, he exchanged money for us at a very reasonable rate. The hotel has a great location, close to the souk and the main monuments. And breakfast in the glass roof top restaurant was charming. Thank you for the Jordanian hospitality and we promise to come back. :-) Milan

Room 602, Shower Area is too small.

Location was excellent, staff Ehab and Ibrahim were too courteous and helping, there guidance was excellent and saved me money using public transport for all trips. Just behind hotel around 150-200 meters there is shared Taxi station, that you can use for half Dinar to go to North Bus Station, from where you can bus to Airport for 3.3 Dinar. While coming to City you can Catch Airport Express Bus from Airport for 3.3 Dinar, which will drop you to North Bus Station and you can catch Shared Taxi No 6 for half a Dinar for City Center. Even Full shared taxi if you have luggage will cost you 2 Dinar Only. So in 5.5 Dinar you can come n go from Airport.
