The hotel does not have a garden where you can sit and relax. But inside there is a nice space.

The personnel is very kind and helpful. They made my stay in Jordan comfortable and enjoyable by giving me advice on places to visit and how to get there. Also the rooms are very clean comfortable.

Very clean and quiet hotel, well located nearby the downtown. Jack made feel us at home, he gave us all type of informations and made tea for us. We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Amman.

Bathroom was terrible, breakfast a strange plate brought to you and being made to fill out a survey about the hotel infront of the receptionist before we could lease was very strange

Varieties of foods were a bit less as we ate almost the same dishes everyday.

Breakfast was good, but it could be better. There is no buffet breakfast. It was only served in the table after order.

Breakfast was good, but it did not match our expectations. It definitely could have been better. Choices were limited and repetitive. Limited options for dining out around with a very few restaurants. You have to search a bit and walk for sometimes to step in a satisfactory eatery.

A good place to stay in Amman in heart of the city. The hotel is located in a place from where you can avail everything required. Persons in the desk were informative and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for two of us with nice working elevator. A supermarket is located just beside the hotel and you can buy your necessities from there.

Breakfast was simple but delicious. Location was near the front entrance, but was quite convenient. Maybe 5-10 min walk to shops and restaurants, but there is a convenient store next to this hotel.

Bed is not very comfortable. Electricity in my room was disconnected but the staff replaced the room immediately and I didn't pay extra despite it being a bigger room.

Staff were friendly and good in English. Toilet was clean. Location is semi close to the center where you can find all the shops etc.

The hotel is situated very close to the city centre. There is a free parking available in the front. The guy at the reception was very helpful and gave us some good tips around the city.

Breakfast can get repetitive, as the menu is limited. The shower head in our bathroom was old and water had a tendency to get everywhere.

The location is perfect. It is close enough to the city center that you can easily walk there, but far enough that you don’t feel like you are staying in a crowded tourist area. The staff is very helpful, we arrived exhausted at 6 am and they arranged early booking and extra breakfast for a very small cost. Ahmed was there to give advice on local places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The room is spacious and very well lit.

Budget hotel in old Amman (Jabal district). Simple but clean rooms with A/C. Walking distance from old city center, Roman Theatre and Citadel. Nice and attentive staff. Special thanks to Jack and Jehad at the reception, for the useful travel info and for arranging all the great tours to the North, to Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba.

Breakfast could be better, but was just ok. If it is part of your high expectations, cafes are al around the hotel, even right over the road.

Hotel was tidy and met my expectations. Perfect match: money-value. Hotel located in 15 minutes walk from the very center of the city and touristic area. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The television didn't work and the problem wasn't fixed though we asked for it. There was a bit of miscommunication; according to the website transportation from the airport was included, but when I asked about it, another car was hired for us. Only later did I learn that a driver had been reserved with my reservation. I don't know where the miscommunication happened, but I hope it can be made clear.

The staff was very helpful and organized a fine excursion for us. The location was convenient for our purpose, and we were given a helpful map of Amman.

We há a good stay in general. Although we enjoyed our stay a lot (could rebook it again in the future), the room we thought we had booked (which appeared in the application after booking), was not the same at all. Cleaning and maintenance in the room during the stay could be improved. The shower is not at all comfortable.

The hotel staff are wonderful. A point in favor for the ones at the reception: very friendly, always available to help, they speak perfect english and are super competent. The hotel has an excellent location and the breakfast, despite being "a la carte", is quite interesting.
