1.The wifi is not great, but fixable. 2. Because the building is old, it doesn't look pristine clean, but that is due to the age of the building, not any fault of the staff. 3. A small, but not very iminportant suggestion - perhaps a separate power point for kettle would be helpful.

Staff were excellent in friendliness, manner, helpfulness and their english understanding was great, especially with all at reception. All requests were received with a positive attitude and were completed to a very high standard.

Hotel is located right in the busy area of Amman with plenty of restaurants, shops etc... and also very close to the main sights. Room was spacious with a balcony to the main street. Breakfast is good and served on the 4th floor of the building with a panoramic view of the city. The manager was very kind, friendly and very helpful by giving us good recommendations on what to do and see. Best value for money!

There were small insects in the bathroom. I reserved the room for one night by booking app for 45 JD, but when we arrived we paid 51 JD , the receptionist said that booking doesn’t calculate the payment exactly. We reserved a airport taxi but there wasn’t enough space for the laugages.

The location is perfect. The room is big enough and comfortable.

Great location in downtown Amman, easy to walk around the city and explore the main sites. Lovely rooftop restaurant & so friendly! The Manager introduced himself to me at breakfast & was so helpful with telling me what to see - as a solo female traveller I felt safe and cared for by the staff, even down to the manager standing with my luggage to flag a taxi down to take me to my next hotel. Whilst not as “shiny” as some of the other hotels I used, this wins hands down for location and a warm welcome!

Rooms can be a little noisy if you are facing the street.

Hotel is in a very good location, close to many restaurants. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I arrived to the hotel around 4:30am and was checked in by Laith at reception who was very quick and helpful. My interactions with reception afterwards were also great, they ensured I didn’t have to change rooms as I booked part of my stay through Booking.com and then one night through a tour operator. The hotel is basic but was good. My room was spacious, clean, had hot water and even a balcony.

The cleanliness of the room was not that great. The beds were very hard in spots, like the mattresses were not the same firmness, and in fact were too firm in spots. They almost felt like box springs. The breakfast offering was really weak. No fruit was ever out. Instant coffee and a toaster that you had to hold down to toast the only offering of prepackaged white sandwich bread was disappointing. An offering of yogurt would have been lovely. Fresh fruit would be good too. I ended up going out to breakfast each day. The elevator also broke down and was unusable at times during my stay. The stairwell was tricky to use as it was difficult to figure out where to come out to reach the lobby.

The staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent.

Location can’t be beat. Breakfast was included and it was adequate but nothing special. Overall the place feels a bit dingy but it does have some nice touches as well. Wi-Fi was actually good in my room.

the staff went the extra mile to help me with the room as I was feeling unwell and wanted a quiet room away from Main Street and noise. the lady working gave me the room which was the quietest and had a large bed. she also checked to make sure I was ok later if I needed anything.

The wifi was not great- mostly spotty. While the hotel is in a fantastic location, a room with a window to the main Street will get honking and street noise all night.

The breakfast was not so good. There was a basic spread of food, but it did not seem to have much care or attention given to it. The terrace for breakfast has a great view, although the whole area could have been much cleaner and better maintained overall

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The location is excellent, walking distance to most sites. However, the central location does mean that it can be noisy.

Road noise was the downside of having a nice view from our room on the front of the hotel. The elevator was super slow.

Our room was on the front — nice view but had a lot of road noise. There was always somebody at the front desk. They arranged an excellent driver for our 2 days of touring nearby sights.

The only snag I found was I had to pay the hotel for my stay on arrival, and it was confusing because I had given my credit card info when I booked online. I was concerned I was being billed twice for my stay. But as it turns out everything was on the up and up. But this Hotel cannot take VISA transactions through booking.com. So just be aware, you are not being charged for the reservation online.
