Nothing tbh. PERFECT TIME.

Loved everything about this place. Otaiba the host, is a brilliant guy. He spoke over WhatsApp before arrival. On meeting him he explained what all activities we could do and not waste time since we were there only for one night. Since we were going to petra early morning, he had packed breakfast bags for us. Recommended a lunch spot near by too which was fantastic. No problems at all with the stay. Definitely going back to this place in the near future.

Definitely 100/100. All was good. The hotel is located in the center of Wadi Musa. Otaiba is a great host ♥️ We were provided with many tips about visiting Petra. Breakfast in the hotel as well as the prepared for us to eat during visiting Petra has been very tasty. The view from the room was amazing ♥️ The place has its own parking. Thank you Otaiba for such a great time we spent in your hotel and in Petra. We hope to see you again 😊

Helpful and knowledgeable host, quiet, spacious and clean rooms, 5 minute drive to the Petra Visitor’s Center and dozens of tasty restaurants for dinner, filling breakfast on site or to take away at whatever hour was needed- everything we could have hoped for! Would definitely stay here again!

The door to the hall is a bit thin, so you can hear the noise from the hallway occasionally.

We had a wonderful time at Asad Apartment! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and modern, and we slept very soundly after two days of hiking. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Petra. The location is awesome– we had a rental car so the Petra visitors center less than 5 minutes away driving but it’s a little over 1 km walking. The breakfast on the rooftop is very nice, but the breakfast to go was the perfect option for us. On the day that we planned to wake up at 6 AM to hike in Petra, we were provided our breakfast in a bag to takeaway so that we could eat it in Petra. We were given so much food it was more than enough for breakfast and lunch. I can’t recommend this option enough. We are especially thankful to Otaiba for making our stay and our visit to Petra so incredible. He recommended the perfect routes for us to take during our two days in Petra as well as information about the shuttles and Petra by night. Because of him we were able to avoid the hike up to the Monastery by taking the back route and visiting little Petra! Otaiba gave us great recommendations for restaurants and a beautiful spot to view the sunset above the town. He was extremely communicative and available to help with everything at any time. Thank you so much again for making our trip so enjoyable.

Our stay at Asad Apt. was just perfect. The room is large enough, with superb view on the city from the window. The bed was very comfortable and the heat pump kept us warm (we met a very cold January, according to the local people). The breakfast was tasty and abundant, with a good choice of both salty and sweet food. And the coffee...among the best I drank in Jordan, if not the best. Another "plus" is the possibility to choose between the breakfast and the lunch box: if you're planning to spend the whole day in Petra, the lunch box is a very good way to save time and money. And let's mention that the so called "breakfast" is enough for breakfast and lunch. And if all this is not enough, let's add Mr. Otaiba, who is incredibly friendly, he gave us a lot of suggestions regarding Petra, Wadi Musa restaurant, and also helped us in understanding the country and the people we were visiting. To be 100% honest, we had a wonderful time in Jordan, and part of the merit goes for sure to Mr. Otaiba!

Our host was incredible! Such a friendly, lovely man, who wanted to do everything he could to help. He gave us excellent tips on how to best tackle Petra over 2 days. His restaurant and takeaway recommendations were delicious. We loved Juniper falafel! The fact that there was always large bottles of water that we could take from behind reception was excellent. It just meant that you never had to worry about having water. We had a car so would drive the short distance to Petra. It is close but Petra is a very big day or walking and we were always grateful that we did not have to walk up the hill to the accommodation. If I was travelling alone, I would feel very comfortable being here by myself. Throughout my entire travels through Jordan, this was was the most welcome I felt.

The bathroom was on the smaller side but the spacious room more than made up for it.

Mr Otaiba made us feel welcome in his humble, efficient abode. He gave us lots of tips and insights about the economy, people, and culture! Our room had one of the best views in the city. The room was extremely clean. Otaiba even packed breakfast for us as we had an early start. Loved his hospitality. Highly recommend this place.

Bathroom was a little small as others have commented, but everything functioning well. Onsite breakfast is a little basic, but a good packed breakfast is provided for guests to leave early for Petra, and so I don´t consider this relevant since people rarely take breakfast onsite, because you should really leave early for Petra and so the breakfast is arranged by the host with that in mind.

The location was perfect for us: we had a car and we could reach the entrance to Petra in 3min where you can park for free, but located in a quieter area. The room was very comfortable and clean, amazing bed, good amenities and good view from the big window. The host was beyond helpful, excelent and clear comunication, readily available through wattsapp, excelent suggestions on how to explore Petra (which we followed and do not regret it!), and provived other very useful sugestions upon out request.
