The bed was unfortunately one of the worst hotel beds in a long time. We actually thought first it was broken. It kept a loud noice when ever one of us moved even a little bit, was saggy in the middle and overall of low quality. For one night bearable, but for a longer stay that would have made us consider a change of hotel. It would really benefit an otherwise nice hotel to renew these beds asap, if they are all of the same quality/standard/age than ours.

The breakfast was really good and they were flexible with the timing. The poolside area and the city views are a nice plus to a hotel of this price range. Very clean and fresh hotel.

During our stay we had some noisy neighbors and it created discomfort for a while. However when we changed the room, it was ok. Despite the fact the smoking is prohibited, we could smell smoking smell in the corridor of 2nd floor (probably due to the same noisy neighbors). There was no such issue when we moved to the 4th floor.

Helpful staff, delicious breakfast, clean room, nice terrace with a great view to Aqaba gulf.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and the very polite Woman in the Service gave us breakfast although they already closed. Thank you for the hospitality.

The upstairs bar was poorly stocked with drinks and a lot of the time the chairs were covered.

Not far from center and sea, clean, quiet, friendly, there is underground parking. We got early check-in and after check out enjoyed rooftop terrace.

First I would like to thank all staff. The hotel is very clean located in a very quiet area, close to all amenities, the roof top with swimming pool is fantastic. I recommend this hotel for everyone.

while we were in hotel all guests were foreign people so staff should improve their English little bit and be more quicker - we waited 20 minutes and more just for one coffee and juice. That would be all.

This hotel has nice location, it is decorated very nice and we had big room with beautiful view. Room and everything in it was by european standards and breakfast was various and tasty. Rooftop bar is perfect spot for sunsets. Reception was quick and helpful.

There is nothin I didn't like.

Fully meeting expectations. Great place to stay. We decided to extend our stay because we liked it so much. Great breakfast, extremely helpful staff, nice rooftop to hang out, private parking. The room immaculately clean and room service cleans it every day.

The breakfast was fine but sometimes served not fresh food. Roof bar with pool was not clean.

Windows are not perfectly soundproof. Beds are a bit soft to our liking.

We had a welcome drink on arrival, very kind staff. Short walk from the centre of Aqaba. In February it’s still a bit cold, we used the aircon for heating which was working well. Clean. Very good breakfast. Sun roof on top with great view, water in swimming pool a bit cold yet.

Perfect location a little off-centre. Breathtaking sea view and over Elat. Tasty breakfast. Luxurious roof terrace. Alcohol available. Clean and tiny. Outspokenly guest-friendly personnel. Highly recommended!

Sometimes it smelled in the bathroom

A good place to stay. It is far from the seaside but everything is still within walking distance and fairly priced. Breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Super friendly and accommodating staff, from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and comfortable, hotel just a little outside the town centre so you can enjoy peace and quiet when resting.
