In December, the room is cold, and no hot water available in the bathroom.

Ahmed and Yusef brothers are very friendly and have good hospitality of Jordan family. I booked several tours but Ahmed recommended good changes flexibly.

Excellent camp with private toilets. Amazing host Ahmed and his brothers who takes care of everything and easy to communicate. Our taxi from Amman airport at night was organized by Ahmed and he was personally waiting to greet us and check us in at 2am in the morning.

amazing location, all rooms have a great view. Ahmed and his family were amazing hosts always helpful and genuinely would do anything for us. the tours they offer were exceptional. The camp was clean, with all the facilities you’d expect from a normal hotel. the camp is small enough that Ahmed and his family really make it a personal experience for each visitor. the food was great and I cannot recommend this place any higher. There is WiFi on location that is about 15mb/s. drops lower when multiple people are using but plenty enough for usual social media etc.

We had a beautiful stay on this camp. Ahmed and family are absolutely nice and extremely friendly. We did a 6 hs 4x4 tour including lunch which was delicious. The driver (sorry I didn´t remember his name!) was very attentive and a great photographer. It could´t be better.

We were travelling as a group of two families with two little girls each and it was just a perfect experience. Staff was extremely friendly, we were warmly welcomed. The food was amazing, the safari exceeded our expectations! Highly recommended!

There is nothing not to love about Wadi Rum Star camp.

Wadi Rum Star camp is absolutely superb. A secluded camp nestled in the desert where the stars shine so brightly. We loved sitting around the camp fire, drinking tea and star gazing. Ahmed and his family are the most welcoming, helpful and accommodating hosts in all of Jordan. Nothing was too much trouble for them - from picking us up at the Visitor Centre to helping me arrange a surprise visit to the 1916 Hejaz train for my mum and partner. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need, and I highly recommend the Bedouin dinner and bbq lunch. We were travelling with my elderly mother, and Ahmed and his family did everything to make sure she had a comfortable and enjoyable trip, even taking her tea (which is delicious and a must try) to her room and bringing her extra items at breakfast. We booked a camel ride and a desert safari through the hosts, and everything was so seamless and perfect, even though we had a packed itinerary. Our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Jordan. Do not hesitate to book a stay here; it’s the best place in Wadi Rum. We will be back. Shukran kateer, Ahmed!

Staying in Wadi Rum Star Camp was one of the best experiences. The camp is very well located, very clean and safe, authentic in every way... The owner and the staff are more than friendly! They are full of the respect for their guests, very open for talks and helpful. Rooms have wonderful huge window that overlooks desert and stars in the night. The food is great - traditional Bedouin meals. Water, tea and biscuits are served at any time. 4x4 Jeep tour is not to be missed! In one word - wonderful!

Wadi Rum Star Camp was a highlight of my trip in Jordan! All of the staff were EXCEPTIONAL, the food was DELICIOUS, and the views were INCREDIBLE. I loved organizing activities through the staff and did an amazing Jeep tour. The campfire at night was great and all the tea throughout the day was perfect. Thank you!

Lovey camp, the owner and the staff/ the location/ the food/ the treatment. all is fantastic. Excellent amenities and service/tent were very clean and large, it was a wonderful stay. Very nice stay at the camp. Ahmed and his family were very friendly🙂. We took a 4 hour tour. Ahmeds father is good driver, fotographer and good company. The dinner in the camp was delicius. You wont go wrong, if you choose the camp of Ahmed and his family 🙂.

Experience of a lifetime! Wadi Rum Star Camp made it even more so with the genuine warmth of the staff who made our stay memorable. The room was immaculate in the middle of the desert and the grilled chicken picnic prepared by our guides while we were resting in a makeshift oasis after exploring the desert was one of the best meals ever!

From the moment I arrived in Wadi Rum I was well looked after by Ahmed and his family. Great hosts that made my time there relaxing and enjoyable. Great location, delicious food and lots of adventure! Wadi rum is unforgettable. I only wish I spent more time there.
