SPA for men and woman. In a Muslim country should be nice to have an additional room for ladies only. I could not go and I was disappointed.

Cegirates smell was very strong in the bathroom although my room was a non smoking 🚭 one. I think it was an issue in the ventilation .

The reception team was very friendly and accommodating . I got a room upgrade and the room was big and comfortable. Location is perfect. The overall atmosphere is good.

One aspect that really impressed me was the personalized attention I received during my stay. Air conditioning was faulty. Room was hotter than we would have liked. addressed issue with reception, the admitted there was an issue with the air conditioning and in the mean time open a window.

The timing of getting our bill for our tours was way to long. Checked in 3 hours after tour ended and was told no additional charges. Checked in the next day and was told no additional charges. Then the night before we check out they call at 9PM saying there are additional charges. This was not good. Worked it all out but come on, really.

Great place. Communication prior to arrival was fast. Arranging airport pickup was perfect. Lobby is very nice. Staff were excellent. Room was very nice. Breakfast was more than adequate (I do dislike having to ask for coffee, they are never around when you need them). Arranged tours through hotel and except for one small hiccup everything was good. Check out smooth.
