They forced 2 pin plugs into 3 pin sockets so was dangerous and hard to unplug appliances. Only 1 ring on stove top and had to ask for microwave ( which they produced ). Again only 2 pans, 2 knifes, forks spoons .

Very friendly reception, I was given a choice of rooms. The rooms were large and had a balcony. The kitchen had fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave and single ring cooker. The bathroom was spacious and nice shower although the water didn’t drain away very well. Bed was very comfortable. Good location for resturants.

I like the location which is great. Inside the apartment there are kitchen with dining room and a living room. but the only thing that was not convenient was the kettle was broken and seems the stove didnt work(or maybe we didnt know how to use it...)

They could pay more attention to detail during cleaning. The balcony door is rusty. Better doors can be used that serve isolation better.

Our apartment was very clean and well furnished. Probably we could have used some chairs in the kitchen space, but overall it was perfect. Despite some language gaps, the staff was very helpful and available to help us with excursions.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Byblos! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, providing plenty of comfort during my visit. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated in a peaceful area with no noise disturbances, and it was conveniently close to the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend Hotel Byblos to anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing getaway.

The location is very good in heart of Aqaba where restaurants, pharmacy and grocery shops are approchable in seconds. A lot of free parking available. Ahmed Al.Adeeb at reception is an excellent gentleman, who tries to help every guest in all possible manner. The 2 bedroom apt. is spacious. Bed sizes are large and are comfy. Kitchen is equiped with all necessary elec. items and utensils. WiFi speed is perfect. Good value for family !!!

The place is being renewed and some work needs to be done on electrical fixtures and some other details. The location is great regarding markets and nice restaurants and cafe's but at night it is annoying due to the noise coming from these Cafes.

Nice place, freshly refurbished family friendly. Staff were helpful and the studio was clean. Good experience overall.

I do not recommend the services of Hussein Quteish, the travel agency recommended by the hotel. If you don't want to travel with 4 people in the backseat, sleep in the cheapest and most moldy hotel, and visit souvenir shops run by Hussein's friends, the dessert safari was shorter than we agreed, and the driver was 14-year-old without a driving license and permissions! Just look for another taxi service.

I would appreciate something at the balcony to hang the wet clothes, towels there...the bulb in the lamp at the bedroom was missing, but I'm sure they would fixed that if I stayed longer and asked for it...

It was a great place to stay, the rooms were spacious and well equiped, everything was clean, beds were comfy. We had two bedrooms, livingroom with sofa and tv, kitchen and a bathroom, 2xbalcony. We had to wait a little for the check-in but the staff was nice and polite, they handled the situation in a good manner... If a knew, I would definitely stay in Aqaba and make a one-day tour to Petra from here, you just wont find as nice accomondation in Petra for that price.

It was super cold during the staying. In the beginning we didn’t take off our coats even since it was cold. Warm blankets helped a lot during the night! But I would replace too high pillows, my neck wasn’t happy :) As well be ready for noisy nights: sometimes we thought we slept on the street because we heard everything. The same I had only in Rome, but probably a lot of apartments in Jordan like that. And wifi connection was awful sometimes. I needed it for my work but couldn’t even catch it!

The best location you can imagine: near everything, near big great supermarket Carrefour, near public free beach (but not sure you can swim there, local people won’t be happy to see bikini), near local busses which can bring you to Petra. Bright and big apartment. On the kitchen you can find everything to cook. Hot water in the shower. Comfortable bed (apart from too high pillows). Modern elevator in the building. You can see the sea even from the kitchen and beautiful sunsets! Host and receptionist are amazing people! Tried to help us during the staying, let us have earlier checkin and a bit later checkout since our flight cancelled. In the end we got 2 fresh roses from them :) Thank you so much for hospitality and attitude!
