Super central location and they sell tickets to the Berenice Beach Club in the hotel. Also arrange free bus pickup to Berenice Beach Club.

I think they are still renovating the building, so the area around the building is messy, I understand that.

Perfect location in the center of city, everything is nearby. Comfortable modern apartments, very nice for family groups of friends. We had all four apartmants on the same floor. Friendly receptionists, they helped us buy tickets for Berenice beach. They pick up us in front of the building. Very nice stay in Aqaba.

The kitchen is quite poorly equipped, if you want to cook yourself, you may have a problem.

The apartment is very large with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room connected to the dining room. It is nicely furnished and clean. There is powerful air conditioning in every room. Beds and mattresses are very good. The city center is very close on foot.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, AC did its job perfectly although it was extremely hot those days outside (over 40'C). The receptionist was extremely friendly.

The olny thing we didnt like was the smell of bathroom after 1 day of using but its a problem of Jordan I thing because it was in every acommodation we booked. No pot for cooking only frying pan.

great value for for money. don’t expect a 4/5 star hotel but for the price you get a good, clean one bed apartment right in the center of town. it’s great for solo travelers who only need it for sleep. for couples who want facilities probably not.

There are only a few pieces of kitchen equipment, which is fine for a short stay, but it could cause a problem for longer ones. The street is loud, even at night, so someone who has trouble sleeping could find it a little bit too noisy.

The apartment is spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room - more than enough for 4 people. The furniture is new and in excellent condition. The location was also great: close to restaurants, supermarkets, and in the heart of the city centre.

One very minor comments was that the Wifi kept dropping in and out. This didn't affect our stay and we will definitely be back.

The location is perfect along with the size and cleanliness of the rooms. It is ideal for a longer stay for a fully equipped kitchen and amenities.

Nice solid dining table but no matching chairs. We found two dusty plastic chairs on the balcony and had to use them as dining chairs. I guess maybe because the place is relatively new, things like that will be eventually resolved. As was mentioned by previous guests it would be nice to have some salt and sugar sachets in the kitchen. We also missed having a kettle. It is possible to boil water in a pan but I think a kettle would add a homely feel to the place. For longer stays I would add a washing machine but maybe it's not a thing in Jordan.

We really enjoyed staying at Byblos Prime. The studio was exactly as shown in the photos. Free parking on site, lift access to every floor, clean bedroom, clean bathroom and the kitchen has almost all essentials in excellent condition. Internet is good for browsing but not for conference calls. The manager Saleh was very accommodating and helpful. We got a bit cold at night (we don't keep aircon heater on at night), and Saleh kindly provided an extra duvet. Moreover, we needed to extend our stay for one extra night, and the manager found a solution for us. The location is very convenient for various mini markets, cafes and restaurants. We really liked the yellow signed bakery shop on the other side of Tunisian Hammamet Gardens. The public beach is within walking distance but it is full of locals so we drove to the South Beach and had it almost completely to ourselves. Overall, all staff were nice, we were happy customers.

There were missing many small things. Kitchen had well equipment. We missed towel for foot in the bathrooms. Towel for dishes,something for washing the dishes,liquid,maybe salt, sugar,windows dont have net, so you have to take attention about mosquitos. The windows put enough air inside cause they are not good tightened. We missed dryer for clothes.

The apartment is large. I like the atmosphere of the street. We had three balconies. It was clean, just small details like doors were not so clean.

in the kitchen there is no kettle, dishwashing liquid, mugs - only small inconvenient cups.

we traveled in 4. This apartment met our expectations: two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large living room, kitchen, three balconies. Reception staff very helpful. The apartment is located in the very center, close to the beach and restaurants. Clean, modern and nice.
