Location is close to the beach and markets, Very clean, comfortable and the receptionist Yazan is very kind and helpful.

Taxi drivers found it a little hard to find, some construction around the area makes it look 'untidy' but this is city wide so no problems.

Very helpful friendly staff, great view from 4th floor (room 404), value, large ceilings. Relatively good location for exploring as within main area for eating etc. Super value.

If being picky, the cleaning standards could be slightly improved.

An awesome location with an easy walk to most places. The view from the balcony is good for a morning coffee in the shade and to watch the sunset over the water. The staff were always very helpful day and night.

Aircon in one of the bedroom is doesn't work. And we feel there are dusts on the floor. One of the sofa has shoe mark on it.

We have suite room (2 bedroom,1bathroom and living room).the room is large qnd comfortable. Hotel location is just right opposite Aqaba castle and surrond with good restuarant.

Although it’s easy generally clean , there was surface dust on the baseboards that should have been cleaned . The hotel was a little challenging to find as it’s situated above a restaurant .

The location is excellent right across the water area . A lot of eateries and shopping close by . Parking in front but also back of hotel Although it was odd getting to it . The rooms were very spacious and comfortable . Beds were really good as was the AC. Excellent place at a fantastic price .

They have private beach and they offered a package that you can buy but they should clarify this in the hotel presentation because I thought the private beach was included. Anyway 23JD totally worth what they propose: go to Berenice and see the coral reef, it’s great experience. Gladly we had our rented car with us… I don’t know if they provide transportation to Berenice Beach. You should ask.

Even at midnight, there is still some noise. The location can not be found on Google map, be careful you has to get in through a sea food restaurant.

The hotel was a bit hard to find and not many people had heard of it, but I think that is because it is fairly new.

Hussein was a wonderful manager! He was kind, helpful and effective. He was able to book a great tour last minute to Petra and we had a great time!

I hope if they will make the road for the hotel, because if you want to reach the hotel you have to walk in the sand. The Wi-Fi needs to get better, but it's good in general

Poor housekeeping,fish smell

I feel sad about hotel services not clean no cleaning staff not like I booked there's no balcony and a lot of noise outside from close rooms and from street . I turned to the reception with orders , they simply have no way to help, say sorry or postpone it for later. I prefer don't get there when you booking.
