Our bathroom shower was leaking which made it very messy.

The location pf hotel was perfect.The staff was helpful and friendly.Breakfast was good.Beds were comfy.

There were 2 things that can be improved which is the toilets can habe lock door / fully soundproof doors with airout not all the rooms have airout in the toilet another things drinking water is not always available.

Th best thing about this hotel is the staff it was feeling like home when we stay there specially Mr.saif with his kindness and supportive guy and Mr.Ahemd helped us to not get scammed which we nearly fall for it and he helped us waiting for us outside the hotel

Well the room really needs some renovation. The smell from drainage is bit annoying. But it’s a budget stay, so it’s still within acceptable range.

The staff are very nice and friendly. The location is good if you plan to visit some attractions nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed bag of experiences. However, what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service provided by Saif, the receptionist. His helpful and friendly demeanor truly made the hotel feel like home. Despite the shortcomings, the hotel excels in flexibility. Saif went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, providing us with an iron and hair dryer upon request. This level of attentiveness and willingness to cater to guests' needs is commendable. The hotel's location is another highlight, conveniently situated close to various attractions and amenities, with the added bonus of parking facilities for guests with vehicles. In summary, while there are areas for improvement such as pricing and room amenities, the outstanding service provided by Saif, coupled with the hotel's flexibility and prime location, make it a worthwhile choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a comfortable stay.

Pretty noisy. One o’clock in the night people were talking in the hall out loud.

Very good location, right in the city center. Pretty clean, for the money I paid, everything was ok. The guy in the reception is amazing. Manager the same.

Noisy room from the street traffic.. outdated and dusty.. bathroom could use some updating.. beddng old..entire area, lobby, breakfast area , kitchen.. was way too smoky..

Room was clean, but outdated.. front desk staff was very very attentive, helpful with whatever you need, full of information breakfast was great.ac works great.

The hotel needs some renovation, especially the showers!

The architecture of the hotel is from another world. French high halls with a mix between modernity and old, it gives you an idea about another part of Jordan history that no one talks much about. The staff were the nicest people I met in Jordan (and Jordanian are quite nice people), very helpful, and understanding. They were always checking on us to make sure we were having a nice stay. The prices were amazing, close to the city centre 7min walk!

The location of the hotel was great! :-) Everything you need to see in Amman was a walking distance from the hotel. The staff was nice, helpful and friendly. For this price it was a good deal!

Our first room was a bit musty but second room on a return visit, was big and more comfortable with no issues.

Well priced and you get what you pay for. Tidy but a little bit tired. Quirky. Staff are excellent, very helpful and responsive. Despite the hotel being a little bit tired, it is clean and tidy and staff more than make up for it. The rooms at the back of the property are much quieter due to front rooms facing a busy road. Recommend as a good cheap option with breakfast included and as a great location to Citadel, Amphitheatre and some of of the more interesting streets for cafes.
