The staff is amazing, nice and very helpful. They did orders food for me from outside and they brought a doctor for Covid test. The location is great and close to Main Street and shopping. All in all it was a great stay!! Thanks for the staff on the front desk Nashaat

Everything is amazing. Superb Hotel to stay in. Great location. Very Clean. Friendly staff. The employee at the reception (Mr. Mahdi) is phenomenal. He is so polite, respectful and helpful. He is an excellent example of how the employee should deal with their customers. I felt myself at home . I would definitely come back again

-I was upgraded to special suite. Which was nice, but charged extra after the first night (not much.. but still, it would've been nice if it was explained beforehand). And would've still wanted the upgrade either way with such price difference -Good breakfast but fixed choices

-Location 6min by car to university (had to stay for Jordanian board exam and needed to be close) -Its main street was full of taxi drivers and had no difficulty finding one without uber -Excellent service, clean and spacious rooms -Walking distance from good choice of restaurants and Cafe's -Quite, Comfortable beds with study desk and well equipped small kitchen and coffee corner (well suited for my purpose of visit) -Breakfast was nice (more than enough for 2) good choices delivered to rooms directly (usually same dishes with one special changing daily) -Good free wifi was available (am not sure about the speed, but was enough to play Netflix and YouTube videos at FHD with no issues) I would like to thank Mr.Nabeel specifically for his service and advices during my stay

An excellent stay! Very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and always very helpful! Their service was outstanding. So much so that when my uncle needed to go to the hospital, the house keeping manager came with us to help. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. Thank you to the staff for your great service!

Everything was great.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Due to Covid-19 hotel restaurant was closed to sit down dining. Our connecting rooms both had large dining tables and kitchenettes. Included large breakfast was served in room. We choose Arabic breakfast. Didn't try other meals. At checkout a photo was left. Nabil called and placed photo at desk until we returned to Amman. All staff we delt with had good customer service.

There is always room for improvement, 1. The hotel is in a busy street, install double glass window could minimize noise from outside. 2. Water pressure in bathroom can be improved.

The hotel runs by excellent team that value a high level of customer services, especially Nabil the GM assistant. He’ll help for any concern and needs and make sure our stay and trip in Amman is worth to remember. We are travel 4 (3 adults, 1 kid), booked two bedroom suites. It was perfect for us, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with complete kitchenette including microwave, high speed WiFi that we can stream Netflix with no problem. Comfort beds and sofa, good breakfast delivered to the room. The location is literally on a busy street pack of restaurants and supermarket. The hotel is a good value for money as well.
