Beautiful apartment! It is very modern and well furnished with everything you could need. The balcony was a nice plus. The access to the beach was unexpected and we really enjoyed that! The surroundings were very nice and well maintaining! One of my favorite accommodations in Jordan! Hope to return one day!

They did not deduct the full payment at once, they deducted it multiple times during the stay before I check out. I realized after I got my bank statement that they have deducted more than they should!!!

Joury building is directly above the bar street and the music was very loud and they didn’t stop playing music till 3 am so we had to switch our room to another building as the bars were not responding to our request from the lobby , so I’m advising cloud 7 to find a solution to the location of the bar street and joury building .

the location, the shops and the marina view the staff there were very helpful and professional specially MR. ahmad we have contacted him that we are having so much noise at our place and he immediately responded to our request and we switched rooms

The bathroom ceiling needs some work. Pieces of the dry wall were loose and could fall down. Also, some tiles in the kitchen (behind the sink) had mold. This should be cleaned asap or change the material that holds the tiles. Many of the bath towels were torn. Finally, there wasn't a clothes rack for air drying the washed clothes.

The rooms were cozy. The check-in, housekeeping, and service teams were friendly and professional.

The beach was a bit disappointing. The beach was facing the Hyatt resort and it was like a barrier between the shore and the sea. There were photos that we couldn't find. The area could use a bit more fun! We stayed for 3 days and one of the days was a bit boring.

We LOVED the area, it looked like a resort in Greece - the colors were super vibrant and lively. The restaurants/bars were amazing. The staff was super helpful! The cleaning lady was superb! Everything is easy to get, we easily got to our destinations, ordered a taxi and a boat trip!

Our apartment was above a local restaurant, and the music in the evening was sometimes a bit annoying. The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, but lacked any tea towels/washing up liquid or sponges, which was a disincentive to self catering.

Lovely spacious apartment with a large balcony overlooking the water. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Good selection of local restaurants which are reasonably priced. We enjoyed using the beach club at the Hyatt Hotel which is very close by.

It is a closed community, you don’t feel the city or local flavor at all, a bit artificial. Beach very small and not an open water, it was too cold to swim.

Our room was upgraded for free. Very beautiful and stylish 2-floors with sun deck and balcony. Stylish interior. Whole community is very modern, Greek/Italian style, nice promenade close to the water, lots of funky places for shopping and coffee, breakfast. Good beach club at the resort, nice pools.

Wow, this place was really exceptional. we went with the marina view duplex and it was stunning and huge, with the most amazing rooftop deck with views over the water and out over to Israel. The Ayla complex also turned out to be so nice, lots of good restaurants and cafes - the Indian place and Melange coffee and the Sandwich Bar were all delish. even got my nails done at the nail bar too! very international

Cloud7 is really a great place for vacation: it is beautiful, clean, modern, cozy with a beautiful and breathtaking view from the balcony. It has a unique location on an artificial island - Ayla Oasis. The staff is very friendly. I celebrated my birthday with my family there, and they upgraded our room and presented delicious cupcakes which was a really nice gesture😊
