The breakfast. I had ordered, For what I paid for waffles and 2 eggs I was disappointed with the presentation. It came in a plastic container with no extra effort.

On arrival I was treated warmly by the staff especially Ala and Yazan. They were very welcoming and had remembered me from my previous stay. The room was great clean modern and had all the facilities that I needed.

I was told I couldn't leave my car for the valet when i arrived at night. I was told by the security near reception that I needed to park my car in the garage. The reason was there were too many many cars waiting for the valet.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay it, great location for a family.

A small suggestion would be to include a Nespresso type of coffee machine in the apartment.

The apartment is well designed and with quality construction, nicely furnitured and well equipped. The Ayla Resort is peaceful and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing resort, it was perfect for my family and I and was all inclusive. There were many food options, shops and activities to do. The sights were stunning and I loved the marina view! It is all designed so nicely.

I wish there is privilege for me when I want to visit some shops inside a resort coz I felt a disappointed when the guard refuse to let me enter without reservation I said I’m resident, he said even so you need reservation I told him I select this place coz it included those services

We would have preferred the TV in the living room to connect to our iPhones (it only connects to android devices), but other than that everything else was perfect.

You have everything you need right next to you, you don’t even need a car. The architecture of the place is amazing and it never ceases to amaze me.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant and/or cafe. They gave us vouchers with options to eat breakfast at private restaurants at the hotel. Breakfast quality at these restaurant is below average of 5-stare hotels. Bathroom shower area needs work.

2-bed apt was great. I really liked the Mediterranean/Greek design of the rooms. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Many shops, cafes, and restaurant at or near the hotel with sea view. Hotel has no access to the beach but provide access via the hotel next door which is a short walking distance. Beach was good but not great. The beach is an extention from the sea so it feels different and there is no waves or sea creatures

I have 2 things - in last day ,when the reciption call at 11 and asked me to leave at 12, i was shoked , how? we are 12 person and 2 appartements??? and no one mention that checkout time when we arrive. - I didn't like the out door furnute damaged by alot of insects and many of it broke from the sun and humied , by the way the out door furnutre is amazing and look expensive,

I would like to thank all the staff from reciption to cleaning staff, They are really very very good trained to assist and make my vacation more relax and feel happy.apreciate their work a lot.
