Nothing much but I guess it will help if they refurbish the room. It looks outdated.

I like the location. It is just in front of the Roman Amphitheater and u can walk to the Citadel. It is located downtown so there are a lot of affordable restaurants to choose from. The room is spacious with complete amenities. The reception staff are kind. We also had a basic breakfast. The rate is also affordable.

They don't have 3 pin sockets in their rooms .. and they don't provide you .. you have to buy your own. Bathroom doors have gaps. Its see through from outside

The hotel is value for money. And on good location. Near of city centre. And there was a view of roman theatre. And they give nice breakfast.

It it super central, easy to reach, with a fabulous view of the Roman amphitheater of Amman. Shops, restaurants, city Centre right there in few minutes walk reachable. All tourists attractions can be reached by walk (5-25 min). Breakfast is traditional and basic (it’s not a 5 star hotel so don’t expect this, it’s served with love and it’s also possible to get a To-Go-Package. Bathroom and bed are clean and towels smell so nice! The Stuff helped me with everything, answered all my many questions I had and solved problems for me, even before I came they contacted me and ask if I need help. I fell safe at all times - they vanished all my insecurities. Awesome experience.

Didn't see any milk for the serial (corn flakes), filter coffee is with cardamom, which taste weird. Actually all coffee is with cardamom, even the Turkish one.

All the receptionist very very friendly, beginning from the female to the king Tamer! Very helpful, good command of the English language and very very resourceful, especial Tamer. Hotel is centrally located in downtown Amman. Received a room upgrade and had beautiful view of the Roman theater. Amman's castle is 10 min easy walk thru residential areas up the hill. Eateries next to the hotel, this this the REAL AMMAN, where the hotel is! No fancy neighborhood in uptown Amman with all the western influence. Safe place, CLEAN, it needs some maintenance work tho and renovation but for what it offers, I was very happy with my choice, even staying there and from there visiting Petra on my own.

Unreal location opposite the amphitheatre. Staff are really great and go out of their way for you. It's very reasonable.

I would recommend to upgrade the quality and the room hygiene. Yet, if you go for a short stay i do recommend booking there.

The staff were very friendly, and very supportive. They provided additional services for a very reasonable price. The BF was good. The location very good. Communication and accessibility was very good.

My first 2 nights was great due to the friendliness of Tamer and Jumah. But things changed on Khalil. Something went wrong and I don't want to be a scapegoat. Very inconsistent.
