Maybe the finishings around the doors can be redone (splashed paint is not nice to look at, and it's really not that much of a big investment). Otherwise nothing. I liked it allot.

Some extra small things could make it more comfortable: nightstands, small lights to read besides all beds, cushions in the sofa, etc. Also, a private / reserved to residents outside terrace/place would be nice (off course there is the bar but you can't bring your food and drinks there).

Great place to stay in Amman. Our apartment was very big and very well equipped. It's all basic in terms of comfort but you have what you need. The staff is very helpful. Location is top. Right on Paris square (with shops, restaurants, ...) but five (big) minutes walk and you are downtown. Also, the Dali Bar is an amazing place with good food and drinks. I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are nicely decorated, and Yassan who works in the reception was so welcoming, helpful with organising trips and flexible.

The location of the guesthouse is perfect. In the middle of a very modern and nice area with a lot of cafes and restaurants.

The apartment was on the ground floor and thus all curtains were closed, making the apartment dark. No water, tea or coffee was offered in the room. The mattress was really hard for me, couldn’t sleep comfortably.

Right in the center with lots of cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Clean and spacious apartment, ideal for families upto 6 persons. Parking space available within the courtyard.

everything was perfect!

Perfect stay in Dali's house, in terms of quality/price all aspects, the location close to the Paris square, its nice coffee shops and restaurants, but also for the apartment and the spacious and comfortable room, and the nice welcome and advises/tips from Yassan. This is my second stay in Dali's house and I recommend it 200% without hesitation. I have been in other places, and Dali's house is way above.

All was good 👍🏼 nothing bad to mention. This is not anything bad but there is no elevator so suitcases have to be taken up the stairs, which is normal for Amman

Our stay at Dali was very comfortable, we were not sure of our check out date and kept extending our stay. Yassan at the front desk made us feel very comfortable and was very flexible and patient with us, making sure we are accommodated and have everything we need. Over time the place started to feel like home and we felt sad when we were leaving. Or friends were arriving and yassan arranged for us to have connecting rooms which was perfect. We were unorganized but Yazzan was very understanding. Location is perfect and close walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants in webdieh area but also a close walk from downtown Amman. Price is very good considering the room we booked comes with a seating area and a kitchen and it's possible to prepare ur own meals. It's quiet and clean. Highly recommended for group or solo travellers young or old and for families. Yassan is wonderful person ❤️

Safe parking + a real kitchen with a stove, oven and microwave. We liked that our room had three windows. That was a nice change after two month in AC "bunkers" with no windows in Arab countries.

- furniture is very basic, only a small table in the common room - no activities and zero hostel atmosphere - lack of washing machine in the common room, they offer laundry as a service (6JD!) - lack of maintenance as per Jordan habit (very little cold water from the sink, missing parts on the shower doors, gasket hanging from the toilet window...)

+ perfect position, relatively quiet + reliable wifi + comfy mattress (medium/hard type) + decent but not perfect cleaning + blinds at the windows + good support from the staff

Stayed for 2 nights. For this price, an excellent option, convenient location in the city. I was especially impressed by the responsiveness and friendliness of the guys at the reception. If you shower the water does not drain well and the water goes a bit to the rest of the bathroom and toilet

One of the best places I have ever stayed. great location in a neighborhood called jabal al lweibdeh very close to downtown Amman just a little walk downhill also one minute walk to the Paris Square a place surrounded by cafe shops and restaurants. Next to the Dali house is a cafe restaurant called also Dali full of young people during the day and in the evening where one can eat. have coffee or even beer Dali house was clean my accomodation had an en suite bathroom with a shared kitchen Yassin the receptionist was very kind and helpful he arranged for us some day trips with a driver we visited one day Jerash and Ajloun another day Madaba and Mount Nebo and he arranged also a transfer from Amman to Petra all of this at an affordable price
