The house is amazing and view from terrace is the best but it already needs meintenance wherever you look.

There is a permanent maintenance man (very nice and helpful) taking care of security and arrangements

There is one bedroom in level 2, that the shower head sprays all over the toilet floor, causing wet floor that we had to clean up. Wifi is not good in the higher levels.

A lower number of tourists in the region because of the current political situation, the host did all the can to make our stay conformtable and enjoyable. We wanted to watch live football and the host brought his own router to connect for fast connection to ensure smooth transmission. Thanks.

Quite, clean & comfortable. Big rooms, a great swimming pool, nice views, great spots to chill out at th balconies, terrace or near the swimming pool. Service & stuff: the studff were friendly & welcoming. Especially by service outside the hotel, (Ahmad & Hussein) no words to express how I'm grateful to your job. Hussein has planned a lunch for us, AHMAD has picked us to the nearest supermarket twice in a day. They made everything pleasant, and always greeted us with a smile. Briefly, they made our stay more enjoyable. AMAZING hospitality! Cleaness: very clean Location: it has a great beach front location to Dead Sea, very easy to get to the nearest mal in the area. Overall, the experience at this properity was great. We are really enjoyed. Thank you for everything.

Apart from a few minor things, like the bathroom floor getting full of water when taking a shower and that the house needs minor renovation works, I have nothing bad to say. I loved my stay at the challet.

Well the pool was clean, the house too. We asked to have dinner in the villa so they came and prepared it for us. It was very tasty. Hussein the caretaker is very polite and helpful. Always asking us if we needed something more. It is within walking distance to the dead sea and has a beautiful view from the top Terrace

It was a wonderful stay, everything perfect, the view, the pool, the staff were very friendly and Hussain made a proactive effort to make sure everything was ok. It was the end of a lovely holiday in Jordan. We wish we could have stayed more than one night One we will be back

A lot of bathrooms were see through. Considering we came with family this was not convenient. We recommend installing bath curtains. We also recommend to improve the cutlery available in the kitchen.

The exterior and the interior are designed beautifully. The place is very specious and clean. It has multiple furnished balconies in every level which allowed us to enjoy watching the sunset. The property is very accommodating for big families and the owner Rashid is very responsive and kind. The watchman was available 24/7 and he was very polite and cooperative.

Cleanliness still far away of western standards. We were 10 people group - not enough chairs and cutlery. Very poor kitchen equipment. Totally basic. I don't know how old the house is, but there is a lot of visible damage which is supraising for the standard of this building.

Beautiful house and very nice and big swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Huge rooms. Great finish of our jordanian holidays. You can pay in euros or dollars.

Sometimes Wifi doesn’t work well.

Clean and fresh pool, beautiful building and interior.. I want to visit here again. and Haris was so kind and nice. He made a fire for us to get barbeque time. He could comunicate with English.

The house was perfect, we loved everything! The housekeeper (I think his name was Hussein) was very very helpfull. He gave us good tips and delivered delicious food for us in the evening. Thanks a lot!

The showers are a bit unpractical because the water goes into the bathroom. The location is a bit further from a city, which is not a problem if you have a rental car

The chalet has an amazing pool. It's very big and spacious. Hussein was amazing, helped us with everything! You can see the dead sea from the villa, the owner will reccomend you a beach, that's a bit further but very fun to visit. They also organized us a delicious dinner:) Thank you
