We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaThe door insulation facing the street is poor. Jordanians are beeping horns all the time for the whole night. I had to sleep with ear plugs. But the rest of the family was sleeping well.
The hotel staff was very kind. If the you want to have a swim and a nice time on the beach I definitely recommend the paid trip to a private beach they are offering. It was worth the money due to the state of public beaches in Jordan.

Taiwannew decoration, exordinary location, nice shower equipment. This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the view sopts(aqaba castle, the fort, etc., super restaurants(5mins walking) and jett bus station(15mins walking). Brilliant!

SwedenDweik Hotel 2 is very good situated in Aqaba and they have a good co-operation with Berenice Beach, which include transfer there, entrance, towel and sun beds. I find this very valuable. The hotel is very clean and comfy. Breakfast is very good with quite a lot to choose from. A chef that makes your omelettes the way you prefer them.

United KingdomFrom the website, it says the hotel has beach access, which we took to be free. There is no where it says there is a charge for this. There is a bus arranged by Berenice Beach Club that picks people up from many hotels and drives about 10 minutes to the club. The costs 13JOD each. Which we thought was expensive but better than being leered at by locals on the public beach. The bathroom was tired and worn, but I think they are upgrading the rooms. There are 3 Dweik hotels. People get confused.
Room 307 with balcony was spacious clean and comfortable. They cleaned the room each day and changed the bedding and towels. Muhammed on reception was amazing. Always consistent, always had a smile and greater you warmly. His knowledge of what's available locally is vast. The location is great and very close to the public beach, castle, and flagpole. Although the room faced the main street, it wasn't noisy at night.

AustraliaView out of window was a solid wall about 2 metres away. Actual hotel entrance was pristine but the immediate footpath and surrounds were filthy.
Modern and clean with very good facilities . Close to restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the beach. Bit unusual that the breakfast was 2 doors away, but was excellent.
