The breakfast was not standard of 4 star Hotel. Only filter coffee and yellow label black tea was provided which was available in all simple hotel,hostels and even bedouin camps. There was no notice on the foods, we could not guess what were the dished and no one was to explain.

The only thing that could be improved is the catering part. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, but if you do not go down to the restaurant in time you might miss out on some food.

It is a hidden jewelry box right in the corner of the Dead Sea. The hotel exceeded our expectation with the huge variety of pools and impressive view from the balcony. The staff is kind and hospitable, especially Shimaa, who was very welcoming. We even got a nice plate of fruits as a bonus deliver to our room. The room had all the facilities we needed, plus it was a great experience to swim in the Dead Sea, as the hotel not only provided towels, but also sunbeds on their private beach. Private and secured parking is also provided, plus this hotel is the perfect fit for families, as the kids can enjoy the pool, slides and playground as well.

Beautiful view, friendly staff, comfy bed, clean and spacious room, and the private beach with showers. I also liked that the hotel has a gym, so I could stretch out after a long journey.

Food was fine enough, but not great.

Very good location with the private beach on Dead Sea. One hour from Amman airport, convenient place to stay the night before the flight back or on arrival. Very clean, several swimming pools, friendly and helpful stuff. It also offers an option of lunch with access to the facilities and Dead Sea (25 JED). When we booked in April 2024 it was also a great value for money,

The he breakfast is so limited in term of kind of foods. some soft drinks around the pool in the bars should be free it doesn't cost so much ,i think this is a great idea to add in the future since the stay in the hotel cost about110$ per night.

Huge hotel, with 3 swimming pools and private access to the beach. The beach is clean, with easy access to mud, ans beautiful views. Everything is clean, and food is delicious. WiFi works well in every part of the hotel, including swimming pools and the beach. Definitely can recommend it!

This hotel was fantastic, very nice staff, rooms clean, 3 different pools and a golf buggy cart to take you to dead sea, all staff very nice, music outside at night , lifeguard at all pool areas and very attentive also at dead sea and a very nice guy Restaurant open plan with various food options, the girls in the spa were fabulous and kind

The restaurant struggled when it got busy, when items are running low you would expect refills to be replaced immediately, ie no plates, cutlery or food items so had to ask staff, also at dinner there are no free drinks so you have to purchase on top of your food, you would expect free water or a simple juice.... The hotel opens it's doors to daily visitors to pay for a Swim and lunch which made it feel quite crowded esp in Eid.

Lovely hotel with great direct access to a small private beach to the Dead Sea with as much mud as you want ! Had 3 large pools to choose from and plenty of seats and sun loungers, plenty of great options to choose from for breakfast and dinner. A great little bar and the staff were great. Cleaners were very good and the room is replenished daily with water and toiletries. Beach is only a few minutes walk but can be very steep but they offer a free little buggy service. About 8 mins walk from the hotel is a mini market and a chance in the evening to sit with the locals for drinks and food. Also beach for the locals next to hotel offers camel and horse rides, only one hour from airport. On the whole a great place to stay, all rooms have a sea view and are large and extremely clean.
